The bedrooms are designed for comfort and convenience. The two front bedrooms both have queen-sized beds and ample closet space. The third and fourth bedroom also includes a queen bed, making it ideal for kids or friends. The main bathroom offers a large bathtub and a step-free shower, while the second bathroom also features a step-free shower, ensuring accessibility for all guests.



For those who need to catch up on work or enjoy a quiet space to read, there is a dedicated study area with a desk. The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining, with a lovely patio, an alfresco dining area, and a pool (please note, there is no pool gate).

GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.

- Quiet time: 9pm to 8am.
