Cosy, Compact and Private Studio Garden Apartment
Enjoy a bright and peaceful self contained studio located in a prime street in Cammeray. Ideal for a couple or a single. Exceptional location. 5km to Sydney CBD. Bus stop located in the same street next to Willoughby Falls. Across from Cammeray Golf course, short stroll to local shops, cafes, eateries, tennis courts, parks and bush walks in Cammeray, Neutral Bay or Cremorne. Close to The Cremorne Orpheum Movie Theatre and The Oaks Hotel. Balmoral Beach and Taronga Zoo only a short drive away.
An intimate space ideal for singles or a couple. If you are sightseeing, on business or want to stay in a quiet environment on the doorstep of the city, this is perfect for you. Designed for the traveller/s who pack light and are happy eating simple meals. The interior has tasteful furnishings in clean modern colours, comfortable arm chairs, floorboards, a mini patio and is northerly facing.
You will have your own private entry/access to your compact studio apartment. There are 2 separate rooms - main room has a queen bed that can easily be folded away, a kitchenette, tv, 2 armchairs and sliding doors opening to a mini patio. Through the French doors are 3 steps down to a combined ensuite/laundry. There is a duplex on the same site but the studio is free standing with a separate entrance via a locked gate and faces away from the main house to ensure privacy.

Cammeray is a leafy friendly and safe family neighbourhood which is part of the lower north shore. Located 5km north of the CBD. Short walk to Miller Street which has a number of great restaurants, cafes, boutique shops as well as a newsagent, pharmacy, supermarket, Harris Farm and a wine bar. Bordered by Neutral Bay, Crows Nest and Cremorne which also have great restaurants, cafes, Coles and Woolworths. There are lots of parks and bush tracks. Listen out for the beautiful sunset choruses from the cockatoos and kookaburras.
Unlimited parking on Fall Street. Most amenities are accessible by walking. The bus stop to the city '201' and '263' is located on Fall Street and also stops at Cammeray shops. Freeway entry to the city is 5 mins away.
There may be guests staying in the adjacent property on the site, so please be mindful of excessive noise. There is 1 small step to the front door and 3 steps down to the combined ensuite/laundry. The kitchenette has a microwave, bar fridge and small dishwasher. There is no oven. One of the armchairs folds out to a single bed. Please let us know if this is required.
Strictly no smoking.
The studio ideally suits a couple or a single. However, there is also a Koala armchair that folds out into a single bed. Please let us know if this is required.

We enjoy meeting new people from all cultures and sharing our community. When we're on holidays, we love going away on road trips in our campervan and exploring our beautiful Australian coast with our daughter. We have travelled all over the US, Canada and many countries in Asia and Europe.
We love going to see live music, theatre and galleries and getting out and about in Sydney and spending time with our families is very important to us.

Cammeray is a beautiful, clean, peaceful, safe and affluent suburb. It is a sought after suburb to live in because it is a minutes drive to the city and main attractions but still offers a peaceful, green, family friendly environment. It borders Cremorne and Neutral Bay with many cafes, eateries, tennis courts, parks and bush walks. We love going to the nearby movie theatre and having drinks with friends at The Oaks Hotel. Balmoral Beach and Taronga Zoo only a short drive away. We love the sounds of our Australian birds in the morning with cockatoos, kookaburras and lorikeets tonnage a few.
