Family friendly condo with the convenience of a pool, grill and tennis court. Short walk to the beach and short drive to Carolina Beach Pavilion. The property was well maintained and beautiful. We felt very comfortable staying here for a week.

Great open floor plan, very clean, comfortable beds, a/c worked great, pool was clean and fun, outside shower was awesome to get sand off, etc…Could use some mirrors in BRs or even downstairs, chairs on deck facing pool, and some hooks for outside shower to hang towels and bathing suits and dry clothes. We’d love to rent again next year.

Property is misrepresented on VRBO

The property overall worked well for our stay. It's locationwas great and convenient to the beach. The 3-star rating is due to the fact that I booked the property because it lists an elevator, which is what I searched for on VRBO given some elderly family staying with us. However, there is no elevator. I only found out there was no elevator when I happened to reach out to the rental company a week prior to arriving to confirm that the property has an elevator. Despite this, the property continues to list an elevator even weeks later.

Thank you for the feedback! We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! We hate to hear about the confusion surrounding the elevator. We do not advertise this property to have an elevator and it is not notated anywhere in our software - this seems to be an issue with the transmission between our software and VRBO and we will work with their support team to resolve this. We truly hate to hear this affected your stay, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back.
