⭑GENERAL INFORMATION⭑
The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular suite and apply to all reservations made at a New Orleans Luxury Collection Hotel.

⭑WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE⭑
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding unforeseen circumstance to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!

⭑MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS⭑
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Contact us for details.
**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.** . There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission.

⭑SECURITY CAMERAS⭑
Security cameras are installed around the exterior of the hotel and in all common areas, including the stairwells, elevators, and public hallway corridors. Rest assured, there are NO cameras inside any of the suites. Additionally, we have internal sensors that monitor temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.
*Please be aware that, in accordance with city permit laws, this suite is equipped with a noise monitoring device. This device does NOT record audio; it simply tracks noise levels as required by the city.

⭑GUEST REGISTRATION⭑
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID. Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.

⭑OPTIONAL FEES⭑
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
