Our relaxing two-story mountain retreat offers the perfect blend of mountain charm and relaxation paired with a convenient Sugarloaf location under ten minutes to downtown Big Bear. Boasting all that you need to create a memorable vacation under the stars anytime of the year this cozy cottage is the perfect space to unwind and rejuvenate together in the mountains.
Enjoy the toasty fireplace as you warm your toes together and pop on a movie in the living room, with big open windows you have the perfect blend of natural lighting and views of the forested neighborhood from the big open windows. Around the corner the equipped kitchen and dining area offers all that you need to prepare home cooked meals and snacks for your adventures out on the mountain. Two spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom are easily accessible and fully furnished for your arrival when you are ready to enjoy a great night of rest.
Venture outside from the kitchen to the backyard to enjoy the spacious fenced yard and private patio area, complete with outdoor furnishings and a propane BBQ to enjoy grilling up your dinner as you unwind under the pines. All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
