Casa privada con 2 habitaciones en suite y baño privado en planta alta. Tranquilo y pacífico, pero cerca de la playa y el centro de Wilmington. Grandes desayunos que se especializan en tortitas caseras de arándanos (sin gluten y también veganas). El propietario vive en la propiedad ..
Sunporch, terraza al aire libre, hamacas y jacuzzi disponibles. Cerca de 3 campos de golf, excelentes restaurantes y puerto deportivo. Espacio para amarrar bote pequeño en mi muelle privado. TV, VCR, DVD y WiFi proporcionado.
Cerca de Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehab Center. (host voluntarios con programa de tortuga).
Los arreglos para dormir son una cama tamaño queen en el dormitorio, un sofá cama tamaño queen en el estudio, un baño completo en la planta superior y medio baño en la planta baja. Refrigerador en la habitación, acceso y uso del porche de sol, terraza, hamaca, jacuzzi, muelle y kayaks.
Servicio de lavandería gratuito. Parrilla y zona de picnic en la planta baja.

Nota: estuvimos cerrados los últimos tres meses por reparaciones de huracanes, ¡pero estamos abiertos ahora y mejor que nunca!

We had a lovely stay with the lovely Phoebe before the 4th of July. She even contacted a friend whose husband is vegan for a pancake recipe for my husband, who is completely plant-based. The bedroom and sitting room were immaculately clean, and she provided Diet Coke and La Croix in the fridge in the closet for us to enjoy upon our arrival. We were able to use her double kayak on the morning of our checkout to paddle in the ICW, which is right outside her back door. She had many menus to peruse for local dining options. This is a great option for couples, but she also has a blow-up mattress for children. She offered us beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. I would highly recommend booking a tour at the Sea Turtle Hospital, not far from her place.

Owner is so sweet. This BnB like Vrbo is definitely the grandmas house at the beach feel. I mean you can't beat the views and the plants. Had such great sleep and a wonderful time. Will be back again.

Lovely private location with beautifil views.

Our time at the VRBO was peaceful and quiet, while conveniently located near beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and craft beer pubs. The host is charming and serves a wonderful breakfast.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

My best friend and I planned a quick weekend trip to the area and had the BEST time staying with Phoebe! Her home is so welcoming and such a beautiful location. Breakfast was excellent as many others have included in their reviews. We also took advantage of the hot tub and kayaks. Phoebe makes you feel like you’re visiting family or a friend. Thank you for the amazing weekend!

Phoebe and Blueberry Pancakes

We planned a short get-a-way to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. Phoebe was there to great us upon arrival and we noted in the ad and our own experience that she actually resides in the home, not separately, and has her own bedroom on the main floor. She used the kitchen to bake but otherwise stayed out of site for the most part to allow guests to use the rest of the home on the main floor- the living room and sun room. She is polite and conscientious to retreat back to her bedroom whenever guests are present. We woke daily to the wonderful smell of breakfast which we enjoyed together each day with the host at the dining table on the main floor. We were asked to remove our shoes upon arrival and whenever in the home, which we accommodated. Phoebe is delightful and her blueberry pancakes are the best I’ve have had! In fact I asked to have them two days in a row. As it was just my wife and I, and our purpose was to enjoy our anniversary, we were not sure how it would work out given the host lives on property. It worked out okay! We enjoyed her company and she was considerate enough not to overly intrude on our privacy, given we were there for a romantic getaway. Thank you for the experience Phoebe and we wish you all the best!

Pretty Place

Phoebe's place is very cozy and even though it is a shared space there is still privacy. She is a wonderful host and makes a nice breakfast! The beautiful scenery adds to the pleasantness of the place. Close to route 17 and access to Wilmington and Topsail Beach

Peaceful Sanctuary

Such a wonderful stay and the perfect get-away! The owner is very kind and a joy to wake up to! The breakfasts were delicious, especially the blueberry pancakes! The beautiful property is a perfect location for relaxing, fishing, kayaking and it's close to Top Sail beach!

We really enjoyed meeting Phoebe and staying at her B&B. We had everything we needed plus a yummy breakfast every morning. We took the kayaks out which was really an added plus. Phoebe was very flexible about our plans and gave us some tips on where to go and see while we were on the coast. She’s a gem!

Week away

By Far the best place to stay in Hamstead. Phoebes breakfasts were so amazing and we were full every time. The house was so clean and the beds were super comfy. Best sleep I’ve gotten in a long time. Also had amazing conversations with Phoebe. I hope we are able to come back soon.

Gorgeous views & a paddlers dream

Phoebe has an amazing gem of a place she shares. The breakfasts & conversation are wonderful and the ability to head out for a paddle and enjoy the hot tub & views are lovely. This was our second visit back & will not be our last, if Phoebe will have us. ❤️

Welcoming, delightful stay

We loved our time at Nana Phoebe's! We stayed for 4 nights and when we left, our 9-year old said, "We left too soon." The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, Phoebe's warm hospitality made us feel well cared for, using the kayaks was a blast, and it was an easy drive back and forth to the beach at surf city. Other nearby highlights include the Karen Beasley turtle hospital and the roller skating rink above the post office on Topsail Beach. The sun room has a beautiful view over the water. We would love to go back!

Wonderful stay!

Phoebe made us feel right at home. We really enjoyed the homemade breakfasts she prepared for us each morning and the time we had chatting with her. She had lots of helpful information available for sightseeing and restaurants. We also enjoyed the kayaks. Hope to go back some day.

Another wonderful stay with Phoebe!

This was our second stay. Phoebe is a wonderful hostess. Her home is beautiful. We love kayaking the intercoastal, biking at the beach, walking Serenity Point, and then sharing out adventures with Phoebe. We will be back!

Fabulous Bed and Breakfast!
