Welcome to Rosie’s Cozy Retreat — a modern, clean, bright, and private, fully furnished one-bedroom, self-contained suite located within our owner-occupied home in beautiful Saanich, B.C. Thoughtful comforts throughout make this a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

Bright and welcoming from the moment you walk in, the open-concept, ground-level suite features large windows and excellent natural light. The suite is fully self-contained with its own private, secure entrance and is completely separate from the main living areas.

Super clean and cozy one bedroom apartment with easy parking. I thoroughly enjoy staying here on my visits to Victoria, it's my top choice. Bed is comfortable, it's quiet, water pressure is strong, kitchen is fully stocked. Host goes extra mile with full coffee service and snacks. Home away from home.

Linda has thought of everything to make the transition into Rosie’s Retreat seamless. Be sure to check out the kitchen before shopping as a lot of staples are already there. It was very easy to prepare our own meals with full sized appliances and kitchen equipment. The bed was very comfortable! The apartment was like new, well appointed and just like the photos. There was very good light, both with electric fixtures and natural lighting.

Linda went out of her way to make the place welcoming. She left sweet treats for us and a toy for our dog. The place itself is adorable, well equipped, and in a great location. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Victoria!

My sister an i take an annual trip somewhere each year. Started staying in Vrbo several years ago. This was by far our most pleasant experience. The owner had such personal touches, from fresh eggs for ourfirst breakfast to a gift from the area and delicious treats awaiting us. Super place to stay.

This was possibly the best vacation home rental my partner and I have stayed at ever. Linda provided great communication before, during, and after the stay. The unit was immaculate, and a lot of care/attention to detail was made in making guests comfortable. Linda really went above and beyond what we expected at typical stays.If we were to visit Victoria again, we would definitely try to stay here again as our homebase.

Everything was set up very well. Fresh pastries on table when we arrived to a clean well designed suite.The kitchen was well supplied and was laid out nicely.A pet bed and dog supplies were in place for our dog and we found it easy to walk the dog with a number of nice quiet dog walk routes from the doorstep. Our host was very responsive and helped make our stay even better.I will be recommending this location to our friends.

Rosie's Retreat is delightful

Linda was great to communicate with in advance and during our stay. The apartment is cosy, very thoughtfully appointed, and comfortable for two. We stayed a week while relocating to Victoria, and this was an ideal base, especially as we could get around by car (though there is a bus stop nearby). We also appreciated the warm welcome that Linda gave to our cat.

Perfect Victoria holiday place

This place is 15/10! Fully equipped kitchen, spotless, welcome bakery treats, coffees, teas, creamo in fridge, bath robes, extra bath towels. Detailed guest book binder. Full range of live tv and other channels. Easy drive to downtown, freeways. Very reasonably priced.

Fabulous apartment

Rosie's retreat is a great place to stay in Victoria. Located in a quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes drive to downtown Victoria. Linda is a great host. She left us a few "extras" which we really appreciated. She was also quick to respond to us and checked in to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!!!

Even from before our stay I could already tell Linda was a super host. She had timely responses, good information on things to see and do and you could just feel the care she has for you and her home. First steps into her home, was a clean breath of fresh air. We were greeted with some treats and a warm welcome message. Loved the heated bathroom floor and comfy bed. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and only 15 min from the downtown area. I highly recommend this place for your next getaway. Thank you Linda!

I would highly recommend staying at this particular unit. The hostess, Linda was invisible and yet any question we had we would send an email and receive an instant answer.The unit itself is brand new and beautiful. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen. The living room is very comfortable with the dining area. The bed was majestic. Super comfortable mattress and pillows.We have been vacationing as husband and wife for over 50 years and this is definitely the best stay we’ve ever had.If you are vacationing anywhere in the Victoria or lower island area, you should consider staying at this location. Easily accessible to all kinds of stores and restaurants.
