Early Bird: 15% off for stays during Low and Shoulder season, 10% off for stays during High season, and 5% off for stays during Peak season for bookings made more than 120 days prior to check-in date.

Last Minute: 20% off for bookings made less than 30 days prior to check-in date (excluding Peak season).

Long Stay: 10% off for bookings of 7 nights or more (excluding Peak season).

CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING
Standard occupancy is 6 guests. Maximum 1 extra bed is allowed in the villa at USD $50++ per person per night.

The main communal space is an open living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans and a covered sitting area by the pool.

High-speed WiFi throughout and a 75'' inches Samsung TV with Netflix and Disney Plus at the living room. Watersport equipment such as kayak is available for guest's use and swimming pool.
