This spacious family home is in Chifley, a short drive from Woden town centre in Canberra`s south and not far from Canberra Hospital. It`s four bedrooms can accommodate the whole family or group of friends.

This house has a large living space, separate bedrooms, and separate bathrooms and laundry.

BEDROOMS:

The house has a 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: queen-sized bed
Bedroom 2: queen-sized bed
Bedroom 3: double-sized bed
Bedroom 4: 2 single-sized beds

All beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.


BATHROOM:
This property`s 1.5 bathroom is located next to the common hallway, not directly in the room. It`s not an ensuite. There is one main bathroom with a shower, sink, and bath tub. The toilet is separated and there is no privacy lock in the bathroom. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.

Note:
The door of the shower room opens by pulling from the outside and by pushing from the inside.

KITCHEN:
Please make use of the kitchen. It comes equipped with:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- crockery and cutlery
- oven
- microwave

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a TV that you can use to access your YouTube account. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don`t provide YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron, ironing board and full size clothes line.

Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.

There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

Situated close to Chifley shops, Phillip, Woden Town Centre, Canberra Hospital, Melrose High and Marist College. Nearly everything in Canberra is a 20min drive from anywhere else. Chifley is a great spot to be.

Only minutes away from some of South Canberra`s finest schools, sporting facilities and local shops.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
Before your reservation can be confirmed, please note that guest verification is required. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled.

1. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if arranged in advance. Unauthorised late departures may incur a $110 per hour fee.

2. No Smoking or Pets
- Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Breaches will incur a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are exempt where required by law.

3. Cleaning
- The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning and linen. Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges (minimum $50).

4. Registered Guests Only
- Only the guests listed on the booking may stay at the property. If you are booking on behalf of others (e.g., business or government travel), please let us know in advance.

5. No Parties or Events
- Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The number of guests must not exceed the number booked. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after this time. Breaches may result in cancellation of the stay and a $2,000 penalty.

6. Children
- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, as the property is not child-proofed.
