Sip your morning coffee to the sound of the waves from this blissful apartment nestled right opposite the beach. Located on the ground floor of a Mediterranean-inspired complex, you’ll have direct access to a string of resident amenities, including the tennis court, pool and spa.

Catering to families or groups, you’ll enjoy plenty of space to relax. Entering the apartment, the living and dining area is open plan and flows to the patio. This creates a lovely transition between the indoors and out and fills the space with beautiful natural light. Cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy slow mornings at home thanks to a coffee pod machine. There’s a dining table to share a meal along with BBQ facilities beside the pool. When you’re not exploring the city, unwind in the lounge, perhaps with a good book or spot on TV.

One bedroom is located on the main level and features a queen-sized bed, while the remaining two bedrooms are found downstairs and come with air-conditioning to keep things cool. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, set with side tables and reading lights, and comes with a neat ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed while the third bedroom includes two single beds, perfect for those travelling with kids. Refresh within the main bathroom, stocked with complimentary boutique toiletries, and enjoy the convenience of private laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.

Garage parking is provided for two cars.

Please note that air conditioning is provided exclusively in the downstairs bedrooms; the living room and upper level do not feature air conditioning. Furthermore, WiFi access is currently available only on the upper level of the apartment.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves and access to the shared facilities including a pool, outdoor shower, BBQ area, tennis court, and beach access. Please make yourselves at home.

It offers endless entertainment options day and night with beachfront shopping, dining, bars and clubs. Go swimming or take a surf lesson at Surfers Paradise beach, hit the many attractions on Cavill Mall (such as Infinity and iFly) and visit the beautiful oasis of Gold Coast Botanic Gardens. The Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 4pm-9pm) showcases artisan goods, fresh local produce and handmade wares.
