The Space:

Welcome to your lakeside getaway!



Step into the upper level of this property where you’ll be greeted by an inviting dining room, equipped with a heat pump / aircon unit to keep you comfortable all year round, boasting panoramic views of both the serene lake and the lively children's playground just across the road on the other side of the house.



The ground floor offers a large, open space with plenty of room to relax and unwind. This versatile area features a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top, making it ideal for families or extra guests. There’s also a smart TV for added entertainment and the convenience of a second bathroom, giving everyone extra space and privacy during their stay.



There are two inviting decks, located at the front and rear of the house. Whether it's a morning coffee soaking up the sunrise or a sunset ‘al-fresco’ dinner, these outdoor spaces are perfect for any time of day.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. The upstairs bathroom offers a shower/bath, while a separate toilet adds convenience to your stay.



Convenience meets comfort with a laundry room off the kitchen, housing a washing machine, and dishwasher.



Relax and unwind in the upstairs lounge, complete with a second smart TV for endless entertainment. With its scenic views of the lake, you won’t want to leave this tranquil space.



Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 9 guests amongst 4 rooms. Choose from two rooms with double beds or opt for the one with two single beds in the upstairs area, or there is a bunk bed setup with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top on the ground floor. There's something for everyone.



Please kindly note that the garage is not available for guests, but there is plenty of parking space in the driveway, off the street.



The property is located in a serene neighborhood primarily surrounded by holiday homeowners.

Valid Sunday–Thursday this month only. Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Free night must be requested when booking. You will need to book the first two nights, and we will reserve the third one separately for you to enjoy.



Guest Rules:



No parties, smoking, or pets.

Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.

Please note that hens or stag dos are not permitted; if we identify that a booking is for this purpose, we reserve the right to cancel it immediately with no refund issued.

Highchair & Cot Availability: We have a limited number, please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.

Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.

Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).
