I do love to party but this is a boutique loft with 17 condo owners, most of which are the quiet type.
The neighbors are family and do look out for each other. There is a building noise ordinance of 10 P.M. on weekdays and 11 P.M. on weekends.

The host was very responsive to messages. Properly was as described! In an excellent location. I was going to a concert at the Louisville Palace and it was right down the block, so I could walk.

Cute loft, great location

My husband and I were in Louisville to watch a track meet. We had everything we needed, no detail left out. The loft was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed listening to some of the old records on the player. Loved having laundry on site.

Perfect Location

Very cozy and comfortable loft ! Perfect Location for everything downtown Louisville has to offer !! Short walking distance to everything... Communication with owner was great....Loved the stay. .i cant wait for next Louisville event!

Loved the the property but...

We really enjoyed the property. really cool loft comfortable and clean but the homeless man screaming at the top of his lungs at 2:00 in the morning on the bench right outside in the alley was a little disconcerting The next night it was a female as well as a commotion at 4:00 in the morning between several young people. Was able to hear everything going on through windows. Felt safe going to and from the property during the day but would not want to go out at night.

Comfy Apartment

This is a nicely located apartment and it was so convenient to have parking. We found a good restaurant within walking distance and after having travelled for a few days enjoyed just relaxing in the apartment. Justin did a great job communicating. I would definitely recommend it for a downtown Louisville stay.

Perfect location AND space!

Cozy, place with an inviting atmosphere the minute you walk in! I felt comfortable and right at home with all the essentials there. I adored the couch and blankets to snuggle with, as well as the amazing selection of vinyls to play on the record player! The secured parking garage is also a plus. This is an ideal location and loft design that I would stay at again. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

My husband and I were in town for a concert at the Palace. This place exceeded our expectations. Very cool looking place. Perfect location. The owner was very responsive with our questions and it was very easy to get in and free parking! Highly recommend! Will be planning another trip soon.

Derby City Loft - Amazing as always!

This is our second time staying here and we have referred this location to many others. Justin is a great host and we know we never have to worry about any issues with his property. From check in to check out, he provides all the necessary information and support for a stress free stay. We highly recommend this property or ANY property from Justin!

JUST PERFECT

This is a little gem. My husband and I absolutely loved it. We are already considering another trip next year to Kentucky and are going to book here. It is VERY convenient, downtown and walking distance to everything. Would Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect! Like living at home.

We loved everything about the loft. We were at a convention with about 3,000 other people. Most stayed in hotels for the same cost per night WITHOUT free parking, full kitchen, and washer/dryer! Those staying in the Hyatt or Embassy Suites had the exact same walk each morning/evening that we did. We felt so comfortable, we started saying, :Shall we go home now" meaning back to the Loft! I have no plans to return to downtown Louisville; however, if I do in the future, this will be the FIRST place I check to see if it is available.

Great Spot

This was our first time staying overnight in Louisville and we are so glad we chose this loft for the night. Location was great and we absolutely loved the floors, the brick walls, and the vinyl collection. The couch was so comfortable to relax on after a day of activities. Communication for checking in and out was great. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely check to see if this place is available again.

Great property and location in downtown Louisville!

The derby loft apartment is in a secure locked building which made me feel safe. It was very clean, was exactly as the online photos had shown, and in a great section of the building on the 2nd floor with no outside noise heard. It has an abundant music selection, informative books, and a great visitor guide prepared by the owner. Check out was extremely easy and it has all the cooking and cleaning essentials for use which is a huge benefit. We were thoroughly satisfied with our 4 night stay and would definitely stay here again! Thank you Justin!

Louisville did not disappoint!

We had a wonderful anniversary weekend in Louisville! Justin's loft apartment was perfect and in a location convenient to so many things in the area. Very impressed with information received before we arrived, the ease of check in and parking, the cleanliness and comfort of the loft, and so many other details Justin had covered. Highly recommend!

Great location

We stayed here for a long weekend and could not have been happier with the property. It was in a great location to do everything downtown as well as to head out to the bourbon trail. Access to the parking garage was an excellent feature. The space was perfect for two people. Very clean and had a comfy couch for watching movies or relaxing. Overall so happy with our stay.

I purchased this loft in 2008, just as Louisville was starting to revitalize its downtown area. The very first day I walked into the building to check out what was going on, I also met Alice Cooper (yes THE Alice Cooper) a block away who was trying to revive a bat.

Centrally located, you are just minutes from almost every major attraction in Louisville. The free parking isn't a bad deal either.
