The space
Cork Oak Cottage your home away from home and only minutes (walking) from the town centre has everything you need to make your country getaway unforgettable.
- Easy convenient and quick access to all the places you want to visit - Mt Buller, Merrijig, Lake Eildon, Jamieson, wineries, bushwalks, bike riding, rail trail the list goes on.
Or park your car in the undercover carport and walk to nearby High St where you will find great cafes, restaurants, pubs and some lovely and unique clothing and homeware shops. The nearby skate park and playground are popular with young families as is the local golf course, only 2kms away. We love pets and welcome them to join you for your getaway. Please bring along their bedding, bowls, and food.

THE SPACE
Master Bedroom - beautiful king-size bed with WIR and Ensuite bathroom. Sheridan linen and towels are supplied as is a cozy throw to keep you warm in the winter months. We love local products and provide the gorgeous 'Dindi' range for you to use during your stay, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash. A few less things for you to pack!

Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bed with built-in robe. Linen, towels and bed throw supplied.

Bedroom 3 - 2 x KING single beds with built-in robe. Linen, towels and bed throws supplied.

Main Bathroom - Shower vanity and bath stocked with Dindi products.

Separate WC - located next to Main Bathroom.

Laundry - Large washing machine and heat pump dryer.

Kitchen - Large and well-appointed including oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with some pods to get you started, cooking pots, plates, glasses etc. Basic condiments are supplied.

Lounge - Cozy and comfortable whether you choose to watch the flames of the in-built fire or the TV or relax in the reading nook with your favorite book. 1 x Wood ring is supplied, additional wood can be purchased from local service stations.

General - 2 x Split Air conditioners/heaters located at front and rear entrance making sure you are comfortable no matter the weather outside. Bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Outside
- Large front and back secured yard.
- Gas BBQ and large outdoor entertaining table with umbrella.
- Undercover carport.
- Cozy table and chairs on front verandah overlooking the stunning Cork Oak Tree.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire house and yard for their stay. We do close some bedrooms depending on number of guests booked, hence the cheaper price with for 2 or 4 guests.
2 guests have access to Master Bedroom and ensuite, kitchen, lounge, dining and laundry.
4 guests have access to the Master Bedroom and ensuite and EITHER Queen Bedroom OR Bedroom 3, plus the rest of the house.
6 guests have access to entire house.
All guests have access to outside front and back yard.
Other things to note
While we welcome pets, we ask you not to allow pets into the bedrooms or on any furniture inside. An additional pet cleaning fee may apply for inside and outside pet evidence. eg: pet fur inside, pet business outside.
