There are two separate living areas, an outdoor dining area, a backyard and two expansive outdoor decks. Just 5 minutes to stunning white beaches, you are in for a relaxing retreat just two and a half hours from Sydney.

This home boasts 4 bedrooms all promising a restful night’s sleep. Each bedroom features a plush mattress fitted with superior hotel bedding and linens.

Step outside on the large decks, soak in the jacuzzi or relax and listen to native birds carolling in a bushland setting. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks seated comfortably under the trees. The outdoor seating area is ideal for dining or simply taking in the surroundings.

LOUNGE
The main lounge area has extensive floor-to-ceiling windows capturing gorgeous bush views, through the treetops and down to Blenheim Beach. The raked ceilings throughout add to the spaciousness and ambience of the home. Your comfort is ensured with a combustion log fire, ducted reverse cycle heating & air conditioning and a smart TV with Netflix/Disney. A selection of board games and books are also provided (located in 4th bedroom).

KITCHEN/DINING
There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen catering for large groups and an adjoining dining area and 8-person dining setting. A Bose speaker, Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary supply of coffee capsules, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, oil and other basic condiments are provided.

LAUNDRY
A washing machine, clothes dryer, 2nd fridge, vacuum cleaner, first aid kit and other cleaning essentials can be found in the laundry.

CHILDREN
There are 2 highchairs and a portacot (in 4th bedroom) and plenty of children`s plates, cups, bowls and cutlery.

PROVISIONS
In an effort to make your stay more relaxing, we provide the following provisions:
- Shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hand soap
- Hotel bed linens and bath towels - Hand towels, bath mats and tea towels
- Dishwashing liquid, detergents and laundry powder
- Complimentary tea/coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, oil and other basic condiments in the pantry and fridge.

BEACH TOYS
There is a small shed located outside the laundry back door, containing some complimentary beach toys, including children’s boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and snorkelling gear.

Guests will have access to the entire property. A self-check-in keypad is located on the front door – a unique code will be provided in your check-in message.

PARKING
Available in the driveway (2-4 cars) and all-day street parking (1-2 cars).

HOUSE MANUAL
You will find a House Manual on the dining buffet with the Wifi code, the Manager’s contact details and other useful information.

LOCAL AREA
Only minutes from the home are stunning Blenheim and Greenfields beaches where you can while away hours swimming, exploring rock pools or simply relaxing under the eucalypt trees.
Adjacent to Greenfields beach is Booderee National Park, which offers a gorgeous bushwalk to Hyams beach along the famous White Sands Walking track. Directly behind Greenfields and Blenheim beaches are grassed picnic areas with picnic tables, BBQs and bathroom facilities.

Vincentia shopping centre is a 5-minute drive away. A Coles supermarket, chemist, post office, medical centre, cafes and restaurants are available here. A further 3 minutes will take you to the larger HomeCo shopping complex complete with Woolworths, Aldi, Oporto, Bakers Delight, cafes, restaurants, medical centre, chemist and a gym.

Huskisson village, the heart of Jervis Bay, is a 10-minute drive away. Here you can find restaurants, pubs, cafes, boutique clothing and homeware, the local retro cinema, the Maritime Museum, monthly markets, dolphin & whale watching tours and much more. A wonderful place to visit during your stay.

If you enjoy golfing, the Vincentia golf course is a 5-minute drive away. Stay for a drink on the deck as the sun sets across the course. Vincentia is also great for bicycling with cycle paths throughout – ride from Blenheim Beach to Huskisson with incredible views of the bay.
