Situated in Circle on Cavill - North Tower, enjoy access to communal resort-style amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, cinema, gym, steam room, sauna, BBQ area, outdoor patio, arcade games, kids` playground, and more.

Welcome to our spacious apartment nestled in the vibrant heart of Surfers Paradise! Our inviting space caters to up to 6 guests, making it the perfect retreat for solo travelers, couples, families, or groups of friends. Whether you`re here for a relaxing getaway, leisurely exploration, family bonding, business trip, or simply escaping the chilly weather, you`ve found your ideal base.

Step into the open-plan area where comfort awaits with two plush sofas in calming shades of blue, inviting you to unwind and relax. Dive into entertainment on the Smart TV while staying connected with complimentary WiFi. From every corner, breathtaking views of the ocean and hinterland beckon, drawing you to the private balcony where you can savor alfresco meals or soak in the sunrise and sunset.

Gather around the dining table with seating for six, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and heartfelt conversations. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances including a fridge, oven, dishwasher, stove, and all the culinary essentials. We`ve also thoughtfully provided coffee and tea, along with an espresso coffee maker to kickstart your mornings.

The apartment boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, each offering a retreat of comfort and tranquility. The first and second bedrooms boast luxurious king beds, Smart TVs, and ample storage, while the third bedroom offers 2 cozy single beds. In the ensuite main bathroom, indulge in a relaxing soak in the bathtub while gazing at the stunning views, or freshen up in the spacious walk-in shower of the main bathroom. For added convenience, a laundry room with a washer, iron, and ironing board is at your disposal. Plus free tandem parking space for two cars.

As our cherished guest, you`ll have access to an array of communal resort-style amenities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a rejuvenating sauna and steam room, entertaining arcade games, and multiple outdoor seating areas with sun loungers. Throughout your stay, you and your group will have exclusive access to the entire apartment as well as one parking spot. You`ll also have access to communal resort amenities.

While I aim to give you the utmost privacy and convenience by staying behind the scenes during your stay, please know that I`m always just a message away should you need anything at all.

You`re in the middle of Surfers Paradise so there is every restaurant and fast food chain at your back door. Infinity, Time Zone and the Wax Museum are only a few meters away and the buses for major Gold Coast attractions all leave from Surfers. The apartment is just footsteps to the famous Surfers Paradise beach and overlooks the river and the Scenic Rim.

Tandem parking spot is available for two cars.

Getting around is made easy and the G:Link is literally at your back door.

Additionally, before your arrival, we`ll be delighted to share a house guide. It contains helpful instructions on accessing the property, utilizing various amenities, and any other details to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Please note: We ensure you have all the essentials to kickstart your stay. In the bathroom, you`ll find essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap, all provided in 30ml bottles, along with 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you require any additional items, feel free to pick them up at your convenience.

We kindly ask that you provide truthful responses to our pre-booking message at the time of booking. This helps us ensure that the space meets your needs perfectly. Please note that any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Comply with all building regulations, including those related to pool and exercise facilities.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.

To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge.

Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late checking out will be charged the total base rate for the night, without entitlement to stay longer. Any costs incurred by the host due to late check-out will be passed on to the guest.

Guests must return keys by no later than 11:00 am on the day of check-out.
We require 3 Photos:
* Photo of a Key on the Kitchen Bench
* Photo of the Key inside the Lockbox
* Photo of the Lockbox closed, and code scrambled.
If Photo’s aren’t provided and we must check for keys, a $50 fee will apply.

Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge to the guest.

Please ensure the property is left clean and orderly upon departure to avoid any extra cleaning charges.
