This pet friendly holiday home is set high on the block so you can take advantage of the privacy & the ocean Breeze all while being only a short stroll from the sands of Forresters Beach.

Ideal for families & couples, this is a stylish, comfortable two-storey house with an entertaining deck off the upstairs living area for you to sit back and relax while taking in the ocean outlook. Set high on the block (55 steps from curb to front door) this private holiday abode is a short drive to shops, cafes & golf courses.

Master bedroom contains queen bed, ocean views, balcony access, en suite with shower & w/c & walk-in robe. Bedroom 2 contains a double bed & built-in robe, bedroom 3 contains two single beds, access to the rear yard & built-in robe with bedroom 4 containing sofa bed that folds out to a double bed with TV so you can utilise as second living area. Downstairs bathroom boasts shower over bath, vanity & w/c.

All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees.

A bond (security deposit) will be required in the form of a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and an online check in form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. This involves providing photo ID and a credit card. The online check in form will be sent once the booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the bond amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties).

For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.

Property was not pet friendly and many problems with the propertyGreatest one was that most of the lights were broken on the 56 outside brick stairs so I broke my toe try to climb up stairs on the dark

Although advertised, the 55 steps to the front door are extremely steep and difficult, making carrying our luggage or groceries very unpleasant. The backyard was not pet-friendly, I found it very small and covered in pine needles, making it unsuitable for my dog.Basic supplies were not provided (salt, pepper, coffee, milk, or bathroom cleaning products). The biggest issue was the ensuite toilet, which did not flush properly from arrival and later became completely blocked. I reported this to the managing agent and I was understanding about waiting until Monday, however I was then told late Monday that the plumber could not attend until Tuesday. During this time the toilet was unusable and the smell became unbearable. It was only after requesting a refund that an emergency plumber was arranged, as the owner preferred us to wait to reduce costs as explained by the managing agent.I was offered a partial refund of 275 plus 50 goodwill, which does not reflect 3 days of inconvenience and extra costs out of pocket. I am still waiting for this to be returned. Despite apologies from the agent, I would not stay here again or book through this agency. Overall, it was not worth the price paid per night.

We are very sorry that you were disappointed with your stay, and we understand how the issues you’ve described—particularly the toilet malfunction and the delay in repairs—would have had a significant impact on your comfort. With regard to the access, outdoor space, and amenities, these aspects are outlined in the property listing. That said, we recognise that individual expectations and practical experiences can differ, and your feedback has been noted for future review. The toilet issue was first reported to us late on Saturday afternoon. Not relating to costs but having a preferred trade and due to limited trade availability over the weekend, and with your approval (as there was another working toilet within the property), a plumber was scheduled to attend on Monday. Unfortunately, that preferred tradesperson became unavailable, so an alternative plumber was arranged and attended later the same day to resolve the issue. We regret the inconvenience experienced during this period. As previously communicated, a compensation payment was approved in recognition of the inconvenience caused. While we understand and respect your decision not to stay at this property again, please be assured that your feedback has been taken seriously and shared internally, as well as with the property owner, for review and improvement. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
