Ironwood is an amazing and rare Steamboat vacation rental location. It is one of only a few properties that offers ski-in/walk-out accommodations. Ironwood also provides something possibly more unique, being only steps to the base area, having the convenience of a short walk to eat and drink.



The unit itself is a spacious, three level, beautifully remodeled townhome, offering three en suites plus a fourth bedroom with a dedicated bathroom in the hallway. Enter on the main level into a convenient foyer with ample storage including a very large bench, plus lots of hooks and cubbies.



Upstairs on the top level you will find a roomy and bright open living area offering high ceilings and lots of large windows and natural light. Sit back and relax on the sofa by gas fireplace and watch a game, movie or show on the flat screen TV.



The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas range.



Eat, drink, play a game to do a puzzle at the x-large dining table, which has ten chairs. There are also three bar stools at the kitchen island counter. Both also are good places to set up a laptop. Combined with high speed WiFi, this makes Ironwood 6 a great option for your remote working needs.



Access the main level balcony from the dining area and enjoy mountain fresh air.



The four bedrooms are dispersed on all three levels. Back on the main level is the private and spacious master suite, highlighted by a king bed, as well as a flat screen television and lots of natural light. There is plenty of storage with both a dresser and a closet. The en suite bathroom has two vanities and both a large soaking tub and walk-in shower.



Also on the main level is the second en suite that has two twin bunk beds (four twin beds total), a dresser, closet and flat screen tv. The en suite bathroom has a tub shower combo.



The third en suite is on the bottom floor and offers a queen sized bed, a dresser, closet and flat screen tv. The en suite bathroom has a walk in shower.



The laundry room, with a full sized washer and dryer, is also on the bottom floor.



Back upstairs is the fourth bedroom, fourth full bathroom and a double size sleeper sofa in a convenient nook outside of the living area.



The bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser, close, flat screen tv, as well as slope views.



The hallway bathroom has a walk in shower.



During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the beach and other activities at the base of the mtn.



There is also a bus stop close by that is very handy for getting around town, including the ski area, downtown, grocery stores and more.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.



Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.



Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
