Balcony:

The apartment has access to a spacious, sunlit wraparound balcony, ideal for dining or working.

Parking:

Many public parking spaces are available in a parking lot located at the base of the building. Fees can reach up to €30 per day if the 2.5-hour limit is exceeded. Parking is free from 8:00pm to 9:00am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
The Indigo St-Cyprien car park is also a 10-minute walk from the building and offers discounted passes: parking rates range from €10 to €25 per day, depending on the length of your stay (see Indigo Neo - Saint-Cyprien).

We provide all the essentials to ensure a smooth arrival at the apartment.
The many nearby shops will allow you to stock up for the rest of your stay.
