Wildflower Villa -Beautiful Setting with a Scenic

Welcome to "Wildflower Villa," a single-story home that overlooks the Kahler Glen golf course and the surrounding beauty of the Wenatchee National Forest. During both winter and summer months, adventure can be found just beyond the patio. When the snow starts to fall, the golf course transitions into a cross-country ski haven, and sledding is available for when the kiddos tag along.

With three generous bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the villa is spacious enough for the entire family to enjoy. The master bedroom is equipped with an electric fireplace and a large-scale bathroom, while the queen bedroom includes a desk space to benefit any remote workers. They'll be happy to know that the wifi works great! A king bed along with a cozy bunk bed can be found in the third bedroom for families that choose to share a sleeping space.

The open floor plan welcomes guests to gather in the kitchen and living room areas where there's plenty of seating for all between the large dining table, the breakfast bar, and the comfortable couches surrounding the smart TV. The kitchen is adorned with updated stainless steel appliances and all the necessities needed to whip up a home-cooked meal.

Make your way to the back patio if BBQ is more your speed. There you'll find a grill suited for the grill master in your group!  In the summer months, you'll find outdoor seating which is in view of some lovely wildflowers meandering along the hillside.

Lake Wenatchee State Park is just down the road and includes everything from walking trails and horseback riding to a boat launch and plenty of opportunity for Lake Wenatchee water sports. Paddleboards and kayaks can be rented out from the beach in the summer months, and snowshoeing is popular once the snow falls. The Wildflour restaurant, a local favorite, is a short walk from the home, so be sure to get some dinner after a long day of exploration if you're in the market for farm-to-table fresh food. Views and ventures await you at the Wildflower Villa!

In wintertime, Kahler Glen Golf and Ski Resort offers an abundance of groomed cross-country ski trails, sledding hills, and snowshoeing trails.

This home is located 20.3 miles from downtown Leavenworth.

Any complaints from neighbors will be addressed immediately and if not resolved, could result in your being asked to leave. All monies/deposits will be forfeited.
