The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms with queen size bed in each. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite. Another bathroom with laundry. A well-appointed kitchen, built-in microwave, dishwasher and gas cooktop. Open plan kitchen and lounge with a large T.V. A wrap around balcony allowing you to enjoy the panoramic views of the bay.



Guests have use of the entire apartment. The Fob will allow access to the roof top common area with day beds and lounges. Two outdoor spas, yoga studio, gym, BBQ and dinning space. The lobby has a library, meeting room. Level B3 has a wine room ( BYO wine). Underground carpark, workstation, carwash area and bike storage room.

• 4 x toilet roles per toilet

• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
