ACCESSIBILITY: The building has lift access and ramps. The apartment is single level with walk-in showers. There is a single step when you enter the unit and a single step to access the balcony.

EXPLORING

The Beach - 1 minute walk

There is pedestrian crossing at the traffic lights just outside the building, making it safe, quick and easy to cross the road and find yourself on the beautiful long stretch of beach. Alex Heads patrolled beach is a 3 minute walk south towards the Surf Club.

The Park - 1 minute walk

Immediately behind the building is a beautiful lake with playground and walking track. There are ducks, turtles and other wildlife as well as BBQ facilities. There is also a playground at Alex Heads Beach.

Sunshine Plaza - 5 minute drive

The largest shopping centre on the Sunshine Coast is just around the corner.

BUILDING RULES

BeachView is in a lovely, peaceful, family-friendly holiday building with onsite managers and by-laws designed to ensure a relaxing stay. Please review the building rules prior to booking to make sure they align with your plans:

- No parties, pets, or smoking/vaping (in unit, balcony or building grounds)
- Sunshine Coast quiet hours: 9pm-7am
- Names of all guests are provided upon booking
- Photo ID may be requested to receive check-in details
- No additional or unregistered guests
- Sorry, we cannot accommodate schoolies

Please note:

* Pool & Spa: while the resort's spa is heated, the pool isn’t but is comfortable for swimming most of the year.
* Parking: Secure parking for 1 vehicle. The car park can be a bit tight for very large vehicles with maximum clearance of 2.05 metres. There is free street parking nearby.
* Noise: All beachfront units at Alex Heads are along the main road and experience some traffic noise during the day, as well as the sound of the ocean.
* Insects: while the apartment is treated for pests/insects, it is located in Australia so I cannot guarantee there won’t be any insects especially if the doors are left open.
* School Leavers: We do not accept bookings from school leavers.
