*PARKING*
• One private parking place is included for your stay. It's a 2-minute walk to the apartment.

• Parking is easy and free on the streets surrounding the accommodation. We are in a high-density residential area, and there are no parking meters to pay on the street.

✦ You will have access to the entire unit and its balcony in complete privacy.

✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the unit, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby !

✦ This apartment has an internal stairwell shared with another apartment. You will have to climb one flight of stairs, which may be a little steep.

*TV*
We have a smart TV in the unit but do not offer a cable channel. Television has many applications such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video or Youtube, you just have to connect! There is an HDMI cable available so you can connect your PC/Mac to the TV.

*AIR CONDITIONING*
There is a wall-mounted air conditioning system in the apartment which is controlled with a remote control.

*WIFI*
You will have access to free wireless internet access, it is powerful and will allow you to work directly from the apartment.

*LAUNDRY ROOM*
There is a washer and dryer at your disposal.

*DOGS*
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.

Additional fees: $100 per stay.

Conditions:
- You must have at least 1 positive comment from previous experiences;
- Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs;
- Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to
bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges.
- Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas.
- You must pick up after their dog at all times and keep the unit clean.
- The dog must never be left alone in the apartment.

*OTHER PETS*
Cats and other pets are NOT ALLOWED.
