Tons of room...The home is much bigger than we thought, very roomy. What a beautiful home and great location. Walking distance to town, bar, bowling alley etc.

One thing that you might need to know and consider is that you have to go upstairs with your things..! So pack things light..It would be much easier..! Otherwise it was an excellent place to stay…! Would definitely recommend it and stay again..!! Thanks..!

Nice clean well stocked place for us. Last day had barking dogs for about 4 hours straight, but was quite by night. Would stay here again!!

Property was located in a great area with a short drive to restaurants and shops. The entire places was extremely clean and well kept insideThings to know- the master bedroom mattress is extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. There is a washer and dryer, but no soap provided to wash clothes. Wish there was some outdoor furniture on the balcony to enough the outdoor area. There was pollen all over the back porch and stairway to the entry of the property which made the area less enjoyable as we were unable to sit out on the patio.

There was a power outage due to a fire in Reno and there were no flashlights. I called and texted the owner asking him to bring a flashlight or a lantern, and expressing concern about my food going bad in the fridge. He avoided my questions and I was on my own to problem solve the lack of power.

Very nice

Very clean, beautiful spot. Perfect for our stay. My only one complaint would be that for the price it’s pretty disappointing not to have private beach access included. It does no good to be walkable to the lake if you can’t access it. Maybe this is the norm in incline village? Other than that very peaceful and lovely. The sounds of the nearby creek put us to sleep each night.

Upon entering the VRBO I was taken back to when I was a young mother, and my kids diapers were soaked with urine. Fortunately, we opened the windows and the place aired out. The rental was super clean… kudos to the cleaning crew. Although recently remodeled, it was done cheaply as most VRBO renovations are. There were weird patched unpainted wall areas, and painted nails and screws sticking out of the walls through the rental. The kitchen wasn’t renovated, and the dishwasher had a terrible smell. It was okay for two nights.

We had an amazing stay at Incline Tranquil Loft. The place was clean spacious and had everything we needed. Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and the beaches. Also walking distance to bike rentals and to the best coffee in town. We strongly recommend this pace. Communication with owners was also seamless! Thank you!
