this property was the best property for a larger group of people,kitchen was great and well equipped if you will cooking in the houseBeds were comfy and with plenty of sleeping arrangementsthe Table games and pool toys, life vests were amazingsimple things like a dog bowl were also providedHouse was stocked the hand soap, dish soap, paper towels etcthe location is great to navigate Phx, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler area due to access to the free way Host were amazingtruly the best house we have rented! thanks so much

House was clean and comfortable. Master bed was extremely comfortable. It was located in a very quiet area with a lot of food/groceries around Kitchen was a hodge-podge of utensils and cooking equipment. Host responded quickly. Pool was COLD - but that was due to weather. Pool area was outdated and needed some upgrades. Would consider staying here again when it's warmer for the pool.

The property was exactly as advertised. The house had lots of open space and yet plenty of places to sit and things to do. The kitchen was very well stocked. The pool was absolutely wonderful, especially considering we were there on a very hot summer weekend. I would absolutely consider staying at this property again.

This property is the perfect family get away location. Quiet neighborhood, very close to restaurants and grocery shopping. The house is spacious with plenty of areas for rest and relaxation. Kitchen is stocked with appliances, cutlery and dinnerware. There were even plenty of seasonings and other non-perishable condiments to help prepare a lovely dinner for the family. We had our adult children and their spouses over for dinner and were able to make our way around the kitchen just fine. We had an issue with the disposal side of the sink, which caused the house to smell a little but we just plugged it with the sink plug and only used one side of the sink. The host was quick to respond to our concerns. Pool was awesome and very clean. Outdoor space provided shade and plenty of places to sit. This house made us not want to leave AZ!! We can only hope this house is available next time we visit.

Thank you for a great place to have during our trip to visit family. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The house was exceptionally clean and ready for us. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was nice to know it was there. Will definitely recommend the house to any other family that goes to visit. Also thank you VRBO for making the process from start to finish easy. This is the second time in the last couple of years that you have come through for a visit to the area.

2 Days Of Bliss

Staying here felt like discovering a home away from home. The cleanliness and comfort surpassed expectations and this neighborhood was so peaceful that I was able to keep my meditation routine in the morning and at night.The only disappointment was the pool was not clean for using. May 2025

Police were called

The house was cute and perfect for our stay. The floor were very dirty, our feet and socks were filthy. Ended upThat someone was in the attic. Cops were called and we had to get a hotel.

Great Family Home and location

Location was perfect for us! Lots of grocery and food options. I recommend checking out Food City and Bosa Donuts. The house worked well for our family for sure. My only complaint is the temperature of the pool. The listing did say it wasn’t heated but it was absolutely freezing. Entirely too cold for any swimming. Maybe when the temperature outside gets to the 100s in the summer it’s fine. Other than that, I would recommend this property and stay again!

Spring training get away

The check in and check out process was easy. The host response was quick and our questions were answered. There were no paper towels and limited dish soap and laundry detergent. The host immediately put in a target delivery order and the products were delivered that same night. We appreciated this so much. The house had a lot of creaking noises with the changes in temperature. We enjoyed the pool and the location of the property.
