Please read the entire description as we try to answer the most common questions we get from guests.
This listing is for the entire home including the backyard with pool and patio area with seating and BBQ grill. The home is 1490 square feet and all the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 2 cars (driveway). There are no trailer, camper or RV parking accommodations available. Common desk space in the dining room.
SLEEPING AREAS:
Master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom
Guest bedroom #1 with a Queen bed
Guest bedroom #2 with (2) Queen bunk beds
Additional sleeping in common area (full size futon)
COMMON AREAS:
There is a large open kitchen with bar counter and attached dining room and living room. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.
(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)
PARKING:
Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. No garage access.

Please let us know if you have pets as dogs only are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned you may need to purchase some of these items.
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*Pool is not heated
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*Property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) may access the grounds up to once/week and have access to the back yard.
*NO GARAGE ACCESS

USING THIS PROPERTY FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES ARE PROHIBITED:
- Any nonresidential use;
- Holding a special event that requires a permit or license pursuant to a city or town ordinance or state law or rule;
- Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet hall or similar use;
- Housing sex offenders;
- Operating or maintaining a sober living home;
- Selling liquor, illegal drugs or pornography;
- Operating a nude or topless dancing;
- Obscenity;
- Adult-oriented business; or
- Other uses prohibited by A.R.S. 9-500.39
Disclaimers
As part of the check-in process, you are required to complete a guest registration form. This form will ask for personal details such as your name, contact information, and any special requests. The form must be submitted prior to receiving check-in instructions. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our rental policies and applicable laws.
The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. Guests are responsible for picking up any exterior waste they create including evidence of smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged. Evidence of Marijuana left in the home will also result in a $250 fine.
This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $350, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.
Groups will have access to all areas of the home and backyard. The pool is private and the backyard is fenced in. Pool vendors, landscaping and pest control service the home weekly, and monthly. They do have access to the backyard and this may occur during your stay.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 20 minutes to many popular destinations.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. The property was exactly as advertised. The house had lots of open space and yet plenty of places to sit and things to do. The kitchen was very well stocked. The pool was absolutely wonderful, especially considering we were there on a very hot summer weekend. I would absolutely consider staying at this property again.

Thank you for a great place to have during our trip to visit family. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The house was exceptionally clean and ready for us. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was nice to know it was there. Will definitely recommend the house to any other family that goes to visit. Also thank you VRBO for making the process from start to finish easy. This is the second time in the last couple of years that you have come through for a visit to the area.

Great Family Home and location
Location was perfect for us! Lots of grocery and food options. I recommend checking out Food City and Bosa Donuts. The house worked well for our family for sure. My only complaint is the temperature of the pool. The listing did say it wasn’t heated but it was absolutely freezing. Entirely too cold for any swimming. Maybe when the temperature outside gets to the 100s in the summer it’s fine. Other than that, I would recommend this property and stay again!

Spring training get away
The check in and check out process was easy. The host response was quick and our questions were answered. There were no paper towels and limited dish soap and laundry detergent. The host immediately put in a target delivery order and the products were delivered that same night. We appreciated this so much. The house had a lot of creaking noises with the changes in temperature. We enjoyed the pool and the location of the property.
