The house was clean. We did not realize that the homeowners would be onsite in a camper blocking half of the driveway of an already tight corner and parking situation. It was awkward seeing the homeowners walk around outside during the day. It was an odd sense of a lack of privacy. Otherwise the house was nice and clean. A bit of an odd layout and disappointing that the upstairs deck doesn't have stairs down to the pool. We didn't expect that. Not much usable outdoor space.

Thank you for your review and for noting that the house was nice and clean. We'd like to offer some clarity on your other points.
As is stated prominently in our listing, we reside on-site in a separate basement suite, which is a requirement of our local short-term rental bylaws here in West Kelowna. Our guests' privacy is a top priority; the main house, pool, and entire backyard are for your exclusive use. As you mentioned, the only area you might see us is the shared driveway.
The camper you mentioned is our personal vehicle and is parked beside the driveway, ensuring the dedicated guest parking area remains clear and accessible. Again, we list three parking spots and we leave plenty of space for even three large trucks. We also take great care to provide comprehensive photos that accurately depict the property's layout, the deck and the private backyard so guests can see exactly what to expect before booking.
We are sorry to hear our home wasn't the right fit for your needs and wish you all the best in your future travels.
