The spacious sitting room, straight ahead, is a harmonious blend of modern design and classic elegance. The two plush velvet sofas, in rich hues, offer a cozy spot to unwind, while the sleek white dining chairs create a chic contrast, making the space feel both inviting and refined.

Beyond the elegant French windows, a private garden terrace beckons. This enchanting outdoor space features a striking sculpture that serves as a captivating focal point amidst the greenery. To the left of the entrance, the kitchen awaits, thoughtfully designed for both functionality and style. A charming banquette-style dining table invites casual gatherings and leisurely meals, while high-end appliances and sleek cabinetry make culinary adventures a delight. The seamless flow from the kitchen leads you to a stylish shower room, elegantly appointed, and further on, you’ll discover the cozy third bedroom, furnished with a single bed—a perfect nook for guests or family.

As you explore the left side of the entrance, a spacious walk-in wardrobe offers ample storage for your belongings, ensuring everything is easily accessible yet discreetly tucked away. This leads to the luxurious marbled bathroom, where exquisite finishes and thoughtful design elements create a spa-like atmosphere—perfect for indulging in moments of relaxation.

* There is no wardrobe in the master bedroom and the second bedroom but there is hanging space in the hall closet just outside the rooms.

* The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

* This home accepts babies and children, but does not accepts toddlers.

* There is an additional shower room near the second bedroom which we currently do not have photos of.
