❥Recreation: Near Lake Wilcox (Boating available), a 5-minute walk to Oak Ridges Community Center, featuring a swimming pool and gym. A 10-minute walk to Lake Wilcox and Bond Lake. Plenty of nearby trails are perfect for hiking enthusiasts.

❥This is a private basement apartment with two spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a desk and a Queen size bed, making it suitable for both work and rest. One of the bedrooms is equipped with an entertainment center and a 55-inch Samsung TV. You can enjoy a variety of shows and movies with our Netflix premium membership. We also have a Twin size air mattress available for additional guests; please let us know in advance if you need it, and we will inflate it and prepare the bedding. Additionally, we have added a 32-inch RCA TV to the other bedroom. Although it is not a smart TV, we provide an HDMI cable that can be connected to a Switch or a laptop for use as a display.
❥The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room, providing all the conveniences you need. Although we share a main entrance door, the basement has its own lockable door, ensuring your privacy without having to share any facilities with the host. Overall, it’s a relatively independent space.
❥The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and tableware for everyone's use, such as a toaster, butter knife, dish towels, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, glasses, baking trays, forks, spoons, and more. We also provide a Keurig coffee machine, coffee pods, black tea, and green tea. Additionally, we have an iron and ironing board available for the convenience of business travelers.
❥There's a private parking area with a width of 18 feet 10 inches (5.74 meters) and a length of 34 feet 9 inches (10.59 meters). We have a total of 6 parking spots: 2 indoor parking spots and 4 outdoor parking spots on the driveway. If you have multiple vehicles, please let us know in advance, and we can park our cars in the indoor spots to reserve enough space for you.
❥The host lives on the second floor, while the first floor is unoccupied and used only for the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Therefore, you won’t be disturbed by frequent foot traffic. The host works from the second floor most of the time. We do not have children or pets, so guests who prefer a quiet environment or have allergies can rest easy.
❥You are free to come and go as you please, but we ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
❥Although you will be staying in the basement, you will also see our living room and kitchen, which have just been renovated and newly decorated. We have put a lot of time and effort into creating these spaces and are happy to share our design ideas and results with you. Some photos of the first floor have been added to the listing for your reference.
❥ Nearby Highlights: Just a 5-minute drive to Highway 404, 20 minutes to Wonderland, and 40 minutes to the airport. The nearest golf course is only a 7-minute drive away, with many others in the area. Conveniently located near Food Basics and No Frills supermarkets, and just a 15-minute drive to T&T Supermarket.
