PRESENTATION:
Private room in a peaceful apartment ideally located a stone's throw from the banks of the Loire and the heart of Nantes. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet very close to the entertainment and tourist sites.

Free parking in front of the residence.
Put down your suitcases and do everything on foot, by bike or by bus.
A Bicloo station (self-service bicycles) is 200 m from the residence.
Bicycle storage is available in the residence.
Public transportation (stop at the foot of the residence) is free on weekends.
The airport or train station are 10 minutes away by bus!

THE ROOM:
Comfortable room located on the fourth and last floor (with elevator) of a small, quiet residence in a quiet area.PGJyPg
New Queen Size bedding (160 X 200), firm mattress, classic or ergonomic pillows.
Double glazing and roller shutter.
A desk and two chairs, a wardrobe, a television, a small fridge, a kettle and all the toiletries (for those who have forgotten their toiletries) are at your disposal in the room as well as sandals, small fitness equipment...

BREAKFAST:
A breakfast (served from 7:00 am to 9:30 am) adapted to your tastes, is included and includes, among other things, a cold drink, a hot drink, bread, butter, homemade jam, and many other things.

HALF BOARD:
Evening meal is possible on reservation for 12 € per person.

LOCATION:
10/15 minutes by bus or car from the city center, train station, airport, CHU, Congress Center...
Shopping mall, local shops and bakery 10 minutes walk away.

Check-in: from 18:00 to 21:00.
Departures: until 10:30.
