We booked the apartment for my American family (Nevada) I am from Spain and I knew this area is very well located. The apartment is beautiful, better than the pictures. We were 8 people and it is big and spacious for all of us. The apartment has everything you need, very nice furniture, comfortable beds, amenities... the owner provides everything you might need in your own house. The apartment was very clean, and they take this as an important issue, as it was pristine! It is perfect located, walking distance to the main places (Prado Museum, Retiro, Puerta del Sol....) also plenty of bars and restaurants. Last but not least, Carlos is the best host, he got in touch with me, to check our needs, he knows how to make things easy for travellers. I will recommend it, you will not regreat it.

El departamento es excelente y generoso en sus ambientes: amplio, limpio, cómodo, seguro, tranquilo, con absolutamente TODO lo necesario. Es una gran ventaja que sus dueños (César y Ana son amabilísimos) vivan en el mismo piso ya que están a la mano para cualquier consulta o necesidad. El barrio es hermoso, muy cerca de los 3 museos más importantes de Madrid (se puede ir caminado a cualquiera de ellos), con un supermercado a 20 metros y varias provedurías en la cuadra aparte de restaurantes y bares. Que esté tan cerca de la estación de Atocha (unos 15 minutos a pie) lo hace más perfecto aún. Esperamos poder regresar el año próximo.
