I’m very happy to see that, apart from a couple of details, you had a 5-star stay overall. I would also like to mention that, in addition to families, we host many groups of friends and coworkers. That is the reason why the beds are single beds — not all guests want to sleep right next to each other. Regarding the towels, unfortunately we do not have the same capacity as a hotel. We have three sets of towels: one clean set placed in the apartment upon your arrival, another stored in our warehouse for upcoming guests, and a third one at the laundry service. We only change towels for stays of 6 nights or more, otherwise we would not have clean towels available for the next check-in. I sincerely regret that this caused any inconvenience during your stay.
