It's a great location. Plenty of room for two people. Full refrigerator and kitchen, with pots and utensils. Parking included in the rental fee was a big plus. There were a few things that were annoying (like no shelving at all in the shower; minimal soap provided; some unclear check-in and out instructions) which we passed onto management. Hopefully they will correct those things. We would stay here again.

The checkin/out process was a little confusing but overall the accommodations were great and the apartment itself was well furnished. Great location to other amenities and would definitely stay here again !

Communication malfunction

The apparent is in the prime location but if you stay over the weekend it is poor communication with a actual person if you have trouble. Everything is Ai automated. We lost parking card and were not able to get it before we left. We stayed 3 nights. No communication with parking operators. So it was very inconvenient. If this was held differently. We would have enjoyed the stay.

This was a fantastic experience. We had never used LiveSuites before and weren’t familiar with how it worked without a front desk, but checking in was easy, with instructions delivered at time of check-in that were very easy to follow. The room was lovely and clean, and we had everything we needed, including our own laundry unit in the room. We were very comfortable and incredibly pleased with a space to feel safe and at home during our trip. Highly recommend!

Very nice property. Only complaint was how LOUD everything was late into the night (motorcycles & cars revving the hell out of their motors which was very annoying). If you're looking for quiet this isn't the place but it's in the city so you have to consider that as well. Everything else was great. Check-in was a little confusing at first but the person texting me back was very quick to respond & helpful.

This apartment was clean and comfortable. The management was very responsive and helpful. The furnishings were nice, and access to a kitchenette was a bonus. There's a grocery store across the street, if you're staying longer and want to save money by not dining out. The property is in a very walkable part of the city, which meant we didn't have to do much driving. There are lots of restaurants and entertainment options in the area, and it was surprisingly quiet inside the building. Our only complaint is that there weren't darker curtains to facilitate sleeping in.

Besides having to communicate only via website, it was a fairly easy process. Room and apartment quiet and clean, loved the space. Well decorated and comfortable. Property management still kind and friendly, although they are not related to your stay or responsible for anything during it. No refund policy enforced, FYI.

Awesome location

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Communication leading up to our arrival was fantastic. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. The area around the building had tons of great restaurants and shops we could walk to. We were in town for a baseball game and loved that the stadium was an easy walk. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Westside Market were both easy to get to. Will stay again next time we're in Cleveland.

Nice stay in excellent location

A nice 3 night stay in a fantastic central location. Close to transport and easy walk to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, The Cleveland Guardians, Cavaliers and Browns Stadiums. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by. The excellent Heinens Grocery Store is across the Street. There is no on site reception, but the check in instructions were clear and relatively easy to manage. You will need your phone though. The Apartment and bathroom were spacious and clean. There is a kitchenette with nearly everything you need including fridge, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dryer with washer liquid - unfortunately there was no cutlery, so had to get some. Soap, conditioner etc are limited so you will need to bring some for longer than an overnight stay. Late checkout is available for a reasonable price, which was helpful. There is no room safe, but the building security is pretty good. The bed wasn't very comfortable for me, but might be ok for others. Would stay again.

Property very starkly appointed, but this added to the feeling that it was very clean and well cared for. Construction scaffold in front made it hard to find. Check-in process was difficult to understand and execute, but would be easy enough a second time now that we know how.
