This group of hotels was a new discovery, and I travel to Paris frequently. This is a great option for budget travelers, particularly families and groups. If you don’t mind—or prefer!—being out of the center of the city, this is a great option. Super affordable , and convenient to Metro line 1, so a very short 15 minute ride to central locations like hotel de ville or the Louvre. In a nice neighborhood with nice restaurants, bakery, grocery stores right across the street. Just a short 3-5 minute walk to the metro. Will definitely stay here again!

So hot. Not realizing the whole building No AC installed. I have to check out 3 days prior my flight. I had to book another hotel which has AC available. I would not recommend this property on summer time. And yet, far away from the city center. Was too traffic and spend too much money for Uber

A good place for a week

This hotel has a good location: there are restaurants, stores and parks nearby as well as Metro station in a walking distance. The rooms facing to the street have a lot of noise even at night from the street, disco and cafe across the street. No AC in the rooms. Small TV set. Wi-Fi is weak and the Internet is sketchy in the evenings. Kitchen is tiny but it has a small refrigerator, sink, electric stove, all basic plates and utensils to fix a dinner.

The property was not up to the standards regarding price and comfortably. Only by entering the room you could notice that it was not even close to the pictures they have online. It was dirty and ugly. The kitchen was falling apart, you could see how the sink was stabilized with 4 small pieces of brick in the edges. Now, the bathroom was horrible, it was dirty, the floor tiles were broken and the faucet was not proportionate to the size of the sink, so it was really uncomfortable to brush your teeth or wash your face. Also, each time you bathed, the water would splash all over the place, leaving the floor soaking wet. The windows of the property were dusty and had a lot of spider webs. The curtains looked like a piece of bed sheet hanging on the ceiling. The location of the property was far from downtown but it had a metro station nearby.

We arrived at the property and the doors are locked, the receptionist inside, we were told straight away the room clean is not included although the room description has room cleaning included in price, then as we enter from the hallways the place is right and very dirty. We entered the apartment with the door broken and the place is completely different to the advertised images. Everything you touch covered in grime. Pieces of wall fallen off near the bed and they never bothered to paint the wall when they changed the bed board. We barely managed to open the double bed for the kids and we soon realised we are feeling very unsafe in this location. Went downstairs after debating after an hour and let the new receptionist know that the place is dirty and clearly not as advertised as their photos. We took photos as evidence. We had to book another hotel immediately to replace this booking. The lady said they have other better rooms but they are fully booked but the room rate is non refundable even though I explained it doesn’t match their advertised photos. I am glad we left straight away as we felt increasingly unsafe in this location. Do not trust the photos. They were maybe taken 50 years ago. Today photos are nowhere near the reality

This was a horrible experience. The staff, INES, was very kind and very sweet. Everything else was horrible. They claimed to only clean once a week. They didn't do that. We had to go and tell them to clean after a week was up. They also didn't replenish our toiletries. We ran out of tissue and they told us we had to buy our own since we were there for so long. If anything because we were there so long it should have been automatic. The doors were broken and entry was hard. Staff was not available when needed. They weren't there during the night hours and because we were international we couldn't call on our cell phones and there were no phones on premise to call anyone. they had an emergency number but no phones to use to call that number. We had roaches in our room and the towels were only replaced once during our 13 day stay. This was a nightmare. And there were so many other problems it just doesn't make sense. They need to redo their whole concept or close shop. Also the pictures that were on the internet of the surrounding areas were all lies. There was another person who wouldn't even come in the hotel one night because there were 3 big rats in front of the doors. We saw rats every night. This place is a nightmare.

Estuve una semana y me pareció excelente, muy tranquilo, ordenado, fácil acceso. En los alrededores hay supermercados y lugares para comer, con el metro a 200 metros que lleva al centro en menos de 30 minutos. Vale la pena. El único detalle es la limpieza de las habitaciones que no se hace a diario.

El hotel muy agradable y sorpresivamente amplio, la calle un poco ruidosa por la noche, pero llegando cansados no importa mucho. El metro muy cerca y supermercados para abastecernos también.

Resaltaría como positivo, el personal, siempre atento y amable,(en especial El hadi),la ubicación, a escasos metros de una boca de metro, que conecta con centro Paris, barrio tranquilo, supermercado a 2 minutos andando,los apartamentos son espaciosos,cama cómoda , parking a módico a precio,pero en contraposición tiene muchas cosas que mejorar,más bien diría cosas para arreglar o cambiar,la zona de ducha,minúscula, la cortina baño,vieja,presión de agua mala y agua hirviendo ,el water perdía agua,las toallas escasas y viejas, la zona de cocina muy pequeña e incómoda, sin haber ni un triste estropajo.y pequeños detalles mejorables.

Hotel cómodo, a 5 minutos del metro y a 30 del centro. Muy amplio. No realizaron la limpieza en 5 dias y nos cobraron las tasas de alojamiento de los niños que según la normativa local, los menores de 18 años no pagan.
