Departamentos bien equipados y justo enfrente hay una cafetería buenísima, no está céntrico pero buena ubicación para emprender tu viaje al círculo dorado

My fiancé and I stayed at these apartments for 4 nights. The apartment itself was very easy to find and check in and out was a breeze. We were located on the 5th floor and enjoyed our view of the mountains. The apartment itself was perfect for the two of us. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen space is small but has everything you need to cook small meals (1 pot, 1 pan, 1 oven baking pan). They provide espresso pods which were delicious!! Overall the apartment is very quiet however one morning my fiancé was woken up at 6am by the loud gym class. This only happened one morning and honestly wasn't too too bad. The location of the apartment is awesome. Close enough to downtown Reykjavík and very convenient if you’re going down to the south coast or the golden circle. There is a grocery store across the street and a N1 self serve gas station close by which we found to have the cheapest gas in the area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone coming to Iceland

The property is very mondern, warm and had all the amenities to get you started and finished for the day. Plenty of parking outside which was very helpful and some good shops nearby such as bonus for general food bits. The downside for me is the noise, i am a light sleeper and could hear other guests doors closing when they came in and out of their apartments but this happened around 3 or 4 times. There is also a main road outside the apartments and this can be heard inside the apartment itself but will go quiet after 11:30pm and would not get noisey until 7am or 8am. Overall the team that run it are fantastic and so helpful and very responsive, we loved the sofa bed also, really comfy. Overall, The only downside for me was the advertised "soundproof" room which for me wasnt true but overall i could easily get to sleep after 11pm.great place to stay at a great price only 17 minutes out of town great for couples also.

great apartment in great area with a shop nearby and bakery and a pizzeria, however it’s best to get a rental car as it’s around 15 minutes from reykjavik and i’m not sure how public transport works around here. other than that it’s great would highly recommend and would come back again!!

The apartment we stayed in was located over the gym which was super loud due to the music and other noise. The apartment only had feather pillows which some people are allergic to it. In the kitchen there was a used cleaning sponge and no new cleaning sponges were provided which is unsanitary. The dining table had a dent on it. We had to check out after one night stay due to the above conditions, I contacted the property management on the same day, however they refused to provide a refund for the unused days which forced me to spend extra money to arrange my vacation time. Very unpleasant experience.

Best apartment in Iceland

Visited over the winter season and the property was spacious and very clean. There was a gentleman who shovelled snow off my rental vehicle every morning before I even woke up. There were tractors working overtime to ensure the roads were clear of excess snow. The apartment is close to the capital and easy to find. Will visit again

Nice apartment with plenty of room

It was a wonderful stay at this apartment. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a simple meal which is very nice with Icelandic dinner prices! The apartment is nice and warm and has plenty of space! My only small complaint is that the sofa was a little lived on (it was a little broken) and that the kitchen could use a couple more small spoons. Next to that we had twice in a row in the morning at 6h15 that the gym downstairs started playing really loud techno music. This is not the fault of the apartment of course but it was very disturbing! We informed the owners and they really quickly replied and told us they are going to take action. This speaks of great communication with the apartment owners!

Positives. This location is close to several areas for tourist attractions, but I do recommend having a vehicle if going in the winter. There is a Bònus Grocery a short distance from the property. Wait time for staff is about 5-10 minutes when answering concerns or asking for information. There is a washer/dryer in the hallway on each floor. Could use improving. There are a limited amount of Netflix accounts. If the place is packed, somebody gone be mad and bored. Learned the hard way when I had to cancel plans due to weather and wanted to binge on Netflix. Nothing doing. Emailed the team, and that's that. No resolve. If going in winter, be careful when walking/driving in the parking lot. There was no snow removal in the area of Blue Mountain Apartments during my time there. There is no ventilation in the apartments. Cook and open the windows. Whatever you cook will be there for the length of your stay. A little dusty, but after purchasing some cleaning supplies, I had it to my standards in no time. It would be nice if the management offered a "refresh" for guests staying longer than a couple of days. This place is self-service. Do not expect hotel service.

The corner windows were perfect for watching new years eve fireworks displays. Free parking was easy and there were always spots available. Very clean, spacious, comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment with a pleasant view . Easy contactless check in and check out. Super comfy beds and sofa. Spacious. Only improvement would be would be nice to have some body wash in the shower and have a freezer compartment in the fridge , other than that perfect.
