Hotel location is very close to the subway and the beach. The room was remodeled so very clean. The staffs are so kind and helpful. Overall stay was great. Highly recommend this hotel

Its great was great. Everything nearby, shopping, restaurants, beach and transit. Staff had a bit of hard time with English. But thanks to the young guy that helped me (sorry didnt catch his name) he was amazing and help as best as he could. If he reads this message big thanks to him! Also there was construction in the morning and could here it but it wasnt too bad.

Worst hotel of our South Korea trip — avoid this property. While the property looks new, it is poorly managed and customer service is non-existent. The kitchen was empty except for two cups. I have food allergies and chose this hotel specifically because it listed a kitchen. When I asked, I was told guests are not allowed to cook. This is not mentioned anywhere. I felt cheated and requested a refund so I could stay at another hotel, but my request was ignored. Cleanliness was another major issue. Dirty floors, stains on glass doors and the bathroom, and unwashed slippers. Housekeeping is only every three days and very limited—bath towels and soap were not replaced, and we were told to leave trash in the hallway. Staff were consistently rude and needs serious training. Every interaction we had with reception was unpleasant. One evening, when the automated parking system stopped working, I asked for help. The receptionist, who was watching something on his phone, showed clear annoyance at being interrupted. After attempting to operate the system himself without success, he told us to park in the EV charging spot, which likely created problems for another guest. Our stay was also affected by other issues: unreliable internet in the room, lack of bath towels, and waiting 20 minutes for a bill at checkout. The location is the only positive, but not worth the price or frustration.

I would like to inform everyone to NOT book with Raviens Hotel if safety is your first priority. The hotel was promising, good TV etc. However, one of the hotel workers gave 3 other guest the same room key and they write able to open my room door. I immediately informed the staff at reception in which they immediately were embarrassed by the situation. Once the duty manager was involved he tried to cover up the issue claiming I did not close the door properly. Which I informed that was not the case as my door was locked and the door opened when the key was used. I asked him to use the CCTV footage that will show the incident in which he conveniently said the CCTV was not operating until Monday. He informed me that I should contact Expedia who have been extremely helpful in this situation - unfortunately they have purposely avoided responding to Expedia for more than 72 hours. If safety is a priority (which it should be) and you would like to stay at an establishment with integrity please do not stay in this location.

お洒落なマンションに住んでいるかのように過ごせます。16階で全面ガラス張りで眺望良し。ただし洗濯機に乾燥機能が無いのが惜しい。清掃は4日以上宿泊で一回してもらえます。清掃が無いときはタオルと水はフロントで貰えますよ。次回も泊まる候補です。

7말 8초 급하게 예약하고 떠난 호텔이라 큰 기대없이 갔는데 진짜 위치며 숙소 컨디션이며 너무 만족했습니다. 해운대 바다도 수영복 차림으로 놀러 가기 좋고 주변에 맛집 최대 번화가라 여러모로 아이들과 가기 참 좋은 숙소에요. 다음에도 해운대 가면 들르려고요. 넘 만족합니다.

Das Hotel ist neu und modern. Wir hatten eine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Elektrokochfeld, Spüle und einer Waschmaschine, aber leider war sie außer zwei Tassen mit nichts weiter ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine hatte kein Trockenprogramm, einen Wäscheständer gab es im Zimmer nicht, und selbst wenn es einen gegeben hätte, wäre kein Platz gewesen, ihn aufzustellen. Das Badezimmer war schön, aber es gab nur kleine Handtücher. Große Badetücher musste man an der Rezeption extra anfordern (vermutlich wie alles andere auch, was wir jedoch nicht ausprobiert haben). Es gibt keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung – was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir nur ein paar Tage im Hotel waren. Unser Zimmer war schön und neu, die Bettwäsche war sauber. Leider war der Boden nicht sauber – er war voller Sand und Haare. Insgesamt war das Zimmer schön und neu, aber ich hatte eher das Gefühl, in einem Ausstellungsraum zu sein, denn aus wohnlicher Sicht war die Ausstattung nur scheinbar vorhanden.

Excellent !!!

Excellent séjour dans cet établissement situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Haeundae. Les studios sont bien pensés, avec un espace chambre/salon confortable, un coin cuisine équipé (réfrigérateur/congélateur, micro-ondes, vaisselle à demander à l’accueil) et même un lave-linge, très pratique pour les séjours prolongés. Les nombreux rangements permettent de s’installer facilement, que l’on voyage seul ou à plusieurs. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’absence de moquette au sol – un vrai plus selon moi – ainsi que le balcon et la grande fenêtre avec vue sur l’océan. Tout était très propre et bien entretenu. Mention spéciale à Park In-oh, dont l’aide précieuse a grandement facilité mon séjour. Un grand merci ! Je recommande vivement cette adresse et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Busan.

금토 숙박 9만원대 했습니다. 깨끗하고 침대도 나쁘지않네요 친절하고요 더블침대 두개인곳이 메리트인것같습니다. 해운대특성상좀 시끄럽긴한데 좋네요 이정도가격에 해운대를 느끼는게요

좋은 숙소지만 아쉬운 대처

시설도 좋고 위치도 훌륭했으며, 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 하지만 마지막 날에는 다소 불쾌한 일이 있었습니다. 체크아웃 시간(11시) 전에 씻고 옷을 갈아입고 있던 중, 10시 30분경 청소 아주머니가 갑자기 도어락 비밀번호를 치고 들어와서 사과도 없이 그냥 나갔습니다.당황스러웠지만 여행 마지막이라 그냥 체크아웃을 했습니다. 하지만 청소 아주머니는 직원분께 우리가 체크아웃 시간을 넘겨 늦게 나갔다는 식으로 전달하신 것 같았습니다. 이미 체크아웃을 마치고 숙소를 떠난 후, “청소하러 갔는데 신발이 남아 있었다. 체크아웃이 맞냐”며 확인 전화가 왔습니다. 원래는 그냥 넘어가려 했지만, 청소 아주머니의 무책임한 태도가 신경 쓰여 상황을 설명하고 조치를 요청했습니다. 직원분이 사과하며 청소 아주머니와 이야기해본 뒤 다시 연락을 주겠다고 했지만, 하루가 지나도록 아무런 연락이 없었습니다. 결국 다음 날 다시 전화를 걸었지만, 끝내 당사자로부터 직접적인 사과도 받지 못했고, 아무런 조치나 보상도 없었습니다. 마지막 날의 경험만 아니었다면 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었기에 더욱 아쉬움이 남습니다.

라비앙즈 해운대 에비뉴 좋아요.

해운대 해수욕장과 근접해 있어 위치가 좋습니다. 룸에서 해변과 광장이 보여 뷰가 좋았습니다. 하얀 침구와 맑은 하늘이 잘 어울렸어요. 통유리창이라 맑은 날씨가 잘 보여 좋았어요. 냉장고가 크고 성능이 좋았어요. 펜트리가 있어 장박여행 시 옷 정리해 둘 수 있어 편했습니다. 호텔리어 분들이 모두 친절하였습니다. 해운대에 또 가면 고민없이 재방문 할 것 같아요.

멋진숙소입니다.

멋진 숙소에서 편하게 보냈어요. 주차장쪽에 계신분 부터 친절하셨고, 내부 시설 좋고 역시 한국인은 바닥난방시스템… 따뜻해요. 전체적으로 깔끔하고 프론트 분들도 친절하시고 간단하지만 귀찮은 요구 사항도 들어주시고… 수건 넉넉해서 좋았어요. 기본식기 구비되어 있어서 유용하게 사용했네요. 다음에도 이용하려구요.
