misrepresentation in property description. Poor communication & difficulty finding motel with no appropriate signage. No mountain view either! Motel felt unsafe & dated.

Booked through expedia then received a message to text them with arrival time. When I texted they said it was totally booked beforehand. We arrived anyway and someone just so happened to cancel last minute so we got in, otherwise we would have been stuck without a place. This sounds like it has been a big problem for a while and they do nothing to fix it. They even have a sign up saying they don't offer refunds and to contact expedia or third party booking app. So they oversell rooms to these apps and don't have enough when guests arrive. Anyway, since we were lucky enough to get a room, I'll tell you about it. It was nice to have a cozy cabin to ourselves, and their were food trucks walking distance away were we had a good dinner. Not much else to do in the area besides outdoor activities, which was great for us. There was no working heat/AC in the cabin so it was very cold at night. The room wasn't dirty, but it wasn't exactly clean either. The woman at the desk we spoke to was nice enough. Shower has hot water which was a plus. Overall would stay here again if they got their booking issues and heat fixed, but it definitely needs work.

It was not what we expected. Would not consider staying there in the future. TV did not work. Heat did not work. Outside was a mess. How can you represent a place like this. I should get a partial refund. The only plus was that it was convenient to the park.

Misleading, unsafe, and poorly maintained.

I do not recommend this property. The original hotel we booked did not honor our confirmed reservation, and we were moved to a “sister property” that was just as bad. The building had no heating system (only a small space heater, even though it was cold), the bathroom floor was soft and unstable, there were dead bugs on the ceiling and walls, and the room was dirty (old stained carpet, unwashed coffee pot with old coffee left inside). There was a refreshment table which had hard-boiled eggs and yogurt tubes left out at room temperature for multiple days, which is unsafe. Communication was unprofessional, and the property seemed confused about our booking even after checking us in. This stay was completely misrepresented on Hotels.com. I strongly urge future travelers to look elsewhere.

We did not stay at this property. We arrived to check in after a long day at Glacier Park and we were told that because they hadn’t heard from us, they had given away our room. We arrived at 8:00pm. I feel that detail is important. The manager tried to find us a sister hotel to stay at further away and when I questioned it, she yelled at me to leave the property and said we were not welcome and that she wouldn’t authorize a refund. Beware of this place. We never saw the inside of a room, but the office was unkept and the “breakfast” they seemed to offer was an open box of off brand cereal, eggo waffles and Quaker granola bars.

Property had different name than that shown on Expedia.. Eastern Glacier, NOT 2 Medicine. Property very old, not painted in long time. TV in room, I could not make mine work, no instructions re remote, clerk had no idea how to make work.

We reserved through Expedia and planned to pay on arrival. But Paradise Park LLC had charged us quite a bit more than our room fee on our credit card when we made the reservation. The desk clerk refused to accept our previous payment. She sent us to another motel owned by PP, and that desk clerk called the owner. She eventually honored my previous payment. The breakfast consisted of some yellow juice, and a veggie tray with dip that had bugs crawling on it. The room decor is very old. I do not recommend this place.

The room had a fully functional fridge, microwave and was clean, the only problem I felt was it is right near the road and can hear lots of noise during the night other that it was a very strategic location to explore East Glacier Park

Nice budget cabins near Glacier

I was reluctant to stay here due to several reviews calling it a “scam”. I am happy I ended up booking a cabin here. Very rustic, not fancy but all the amenities were there, kitchen, bathroom, coffee maker, fridge, even a picnic table and fire pit. No problems communicating with the staff, eateries within walking distance. Good budget option to stay near Glacier NP. WiFi was very spotty.

This is a shabby old motel. Very run down, light over bed broken, stain on pillowcase, only toiletry was a bottle of soft soap. No ac or heat in cabin. Was Not a down comforter as stated-Walmart comforter and pillows. Look at the rating- not the reviews. The reviews are false. Would NOT recommend!!!! Would love to upload pics I took!
