Good location, right next to the metro, and several bus stops very close so you can get to beach, downtown, or to calanques very easily. The hotel was nice enough. It's small and a bit dated, but the staff were nice and accommodating. If you want luxury, this isn't the place for you, but if you just want want a place to crash between exploring the city while on vacation it'll do just fine.

For the price, it was good. Convenient location, many restaurants in the area. Don't expect any extras here; no hairdryer, no room service/towels for 5 days, etc.

Really friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. They had everything you need. Swimming pool, washer/driers downstairs, perfectly equipped kitchenette in apartment, mini-shop in reception. The location is brilliant for a stay in Marseille. 2 min walk from Perrier Subway station, opposite Prado Perrier bus stop (with buses to Cassis and Prado beach). Patisserie opposite and Carrefour a short walk. Apartments small but not too small. If we come to Marseille again, we’ll most definitely stay here. Shopping centre at next subway station.

A good stay

We liked the hotel, it was clean, the room was nice, but... It's the only hotel we visit with an indoor pool, which is not heated !! (It should be mentioned in the description at the site) We are a little bit disappointed with a man at the reception (the others were very kind) I suppose that he had to inform us that no one would come in the room during our stay for clean towels or taking out the gardbage (it was our first stay in an aparthotel, so we did not know such things.) Also, the microwave did not work and the same receptionist promised that we had to wait for him to bring another, but did not come at all... Finally we informed another man in the reception, that was very kind, who came immediately and brought us another microwave which was working. But overall it was a good stay.

Left after one child-unfriendly night

Upon arrival, we had to wait 20 minutes at an empty reception before someone came to give us a key. By then, drugged guests had walked in and out the lobby several times. When leaving the elevator at our floor, the smell of cigarettes and weed overwhelmed us, and because of the large gaps under the doors, we had the same smell in our rooms. In the evening and until well after midnight, a group of guests on our floor that occupied several rooms was constantly switching rooms, slamming the doors and shouting, but even if they would've whispered we could've heard every word because of the poor acoustic insulation. When they finally went to bed, a loud fight in another room started... When complaining at the reception, we were promised someone would come over and check, but they never did. We basically spent the night reassuring the kids while going through the cancellation conditions and looking for an alternative hotel for the rest of the week (the decent wifi was pretty useful after all). Luckily, in the morning, someone at the reception felt bad for us just enough to not make a big fuzz about a cancellation and reimbursement. Well, other than that, the location was great, right next to the metro station, and it's too bad we didn't have the opportunity to try the swimming pool, but knowing the poor state of the rooms our hopes weren't too high anyway.

Buen apartahotel

En todos losviajes que realizamos a Marsella, siempre nos alojamos en el mismo apartahotel, por la buena ubicación y la estupenda relación calidad/precio.

Buena elección. Parking escaso.

Estupendo. Tiene pocas plazas de aparcamiento, si la necesitáis, os recomiendo solicitarla lo antes posible. Tiene piscina climatizada incluida en el precio del apartahotel. El metro está a la puerta.

La piscine était annoncée chauffée, ce n'était pas le cas ( eau froide ), de plus piscine et abords très petits pour la capacité d'accueil de l'hotel. Le coin cuisine peu fonctionnel et pas vraiment utilisable pour faire à manger.

une caution correspondant à 2 jours de séjour ( sur 3) a été prise sur ma CB alors que j'avais fait une résa avec annulation possible et paiement sur place. Cette caution n'était pas annoncé dans le contrat de Hotels.com. Elle m'a été imposée 1 semaine avant mon arrivée et quand j'ai voulu ne payer que le complément en arrivant on a refuser sous prétexte que la caution ne serait levée qu'après notre départ. Le procédé est totalement abusif et le personnel incapable de passer outre un réglement que je n'ai pas accepté en faisant ma réservation.
