nice place to stay. elevator was not functioning and we were on the third floor. other than that everything was fine. breakfast is hip bit not best quality. would recommend to stay though. make sure you have Berlin wecome card to make use of public transport.

Nice and Modern but not too private.

Nice modern apartment. Check in isn’t straightforward but we got there. The keypad to enter is very low and not well lit. The apartment was large, well furnished and modern. The only issue we had was missing curtains and blinds. With floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom this left us with privacy issues. The property must be aware of the missing curtains. Otherwise really nice.

I loved my room here and would absolutely tell friends to go back to Numa Nook. Great neighborhood, perfect room and great responsiveness to any questions I had. It was exactly what I was looking for and all the food & transpiration I needed was right there. Plus museum island is just around the corner.

Highly recommended. Beautiful apartment with all the amenities you need. Very clean and modern. Nice little touches. Extremely central to bars and restaurants and on the main train lines. The train from the airport stops right by the apartment.

This is a tired hotel. Elevator out for the entire time we were there - could still be out for all we know as there appeared no urgency in fixing it. Threadbare towels. Shower door was not working properly. Apparently no exhaust in kitchen area so you were instructed to open the window when cooking. If you didn't and the alarm went off/fire trucks appeared, you got charged. Lack of exhaust becomes your problem and expense. Poor lighting - none over the table so you eat in dim lighting.

The apartment was clean, modern and well-designed, and we had a lovely spacious balcony. It had everything we needed for a week's stay (the ironing board and iron are located in a shared laundry room, and there are recycling facilities in the basement). The aparthotel is in an area full of lovely cafes and restaurants, which was very convenient. The sound insulation was great; we didn't have any issues with noise, either from the street or other apartments. The team are very responsive via WhatsApp, and having a key code rather than a physical key or card to access the building and the apartment was convenient. We would be back in a shot!

We had a large apartment on the top floor of the building, great views and a big outdoor patio which was really cool. (It was winter cold for us, but probably amazing to have in the summer.) One bedroom plus sofa bed, and two bathrooms, plus a very nice, well-equipped little kitchen area. About 2-3 blocks walk from the Hackescher Market train station, which we were ablate reach directly from the airport using the S-bahn train with no train changes. We again used that station later to keep going to the main Berlin train station (Hauptbahnhof). And we signed up for a walking tour of Berlin, which turned out to start just around the corner from the apartment. From there we walked to all the major sights. The only difficulty was that upon our arrival after about 24 hours of international travel, we found that the elevator was not working, and we had to haul luggage for a 17 day trip up 6 tall flights of stairs, with no staff around to help. Many people would not even be able to do this. It was broken for all of our 2 day stay. To the hotel's credit, they answered quickly when we complained about this, and offered us a modest rebate on the price we paid. With a functioning elevator, this place would be totally perfect.

We put our passports and other important documents in safe and the day of departure it wouldnt open even though we had opened it multiple times . and since theres no reception desk we had to make calls and am hour later someone came and openrd it but now it delayed out departure..also they ac unit in the room to make it cool also made it hot since the hose thats suppose to blow hot air out of the room kept it in..then the elevator was stuck on the 5th floor for a day luckily we were on the second floor couldnt imagine trying to lug full suitcases and bags down from the 5th floor

Big pros and cons

Very mixed stay. Cons: broken door, missing privacy blind between the two rooms, mold in the shower, only one fan (no AC), and confusing check in process. Pros: besides a great location, excellent 24 hour communication to try to address these issues. All issues were eventually resolved except the missing shade, which they needed to order. I was hoping they’d offer a monetary compensation or upgrade, which they did not; but at least they allowed a late check out and an early subsequent check in for our daughter, who was switching to a single room when we left.

Fix luggage space !

Beautiful flat- with double terrace- really a pleasure, but the modern coms (appliances...) assumed a lot of pre-knowledge- a site with instructions for the appliances and FAQs--(should we sort garbage?) would have been helpful. The management answered mails really promptly, but it would have been better not to have to ask. Door situation felt rather insecure- people could easily enter after us. Most important is that something needs to be done about the left luggage situation. It was really a pain trying to find a solution for our luggage on our last day- the storage space system is just insufficient and rather spoiled our last day (spent 2 hours trying to find a locker in Berlin HbF!)
