An ok experience, will not return
Pros: Easy check-in, excellent location, and spacious rooms with large, comfortable beds.
Cons: The room was uncomfortably warm. We opened the window at night for ventilation, but the outside noise was disruptive. Additionally, the rooms face a parking stairwell with bright automatic lights that switched on and off throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.
On arrival, one of the toilets was not functioning and dirty, and this had not been mentioned at check-in. The issue was unpleasant to discover, and although it was repaired the following morning, no one notified us in advance. Having a handyman enter the apartment while we were preparing for my wedding was very inconvenient—a simple heads-up would have been greatly appreciated.
The payment process was also unnecessarily complicated. The initial link provided did not work, and when I visited the property in person to resolve the issue, the reception staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The problem was only solved after I requested that the link be resent.
Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service, particularly given the price. While the location and room sizes were positives, the lack of communication and poor customer service would prevent me from recommending this property.
