This very quaint hotel is in a hidden street right behind the wall of the city that faces the ocean, staff very attentive, the room quite pleasant and the breakfast was amazing. I would absolutely recommend this little gem to anyone!

Incredible hotel

The hotel was fantastic with a perfect location next to the sea wall. Great spacious room with a large shower. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided a free shuttle to their parking garage outside the old city. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve encountered at an Italian hotel.

Such an amazing place. It was so nicely presented. The staff were so nice and helpful. It is in a great position in the old town. The breakfast was also really great. Highly recommend staying here.

Best Lodging of my Entire Trip

Literally EVERYTHING about my stay here was great! The property is in the best location, with easy access to amazing dining and historic sights. The room was spotless, comfortable and very well-appointed. But perhaps the best part of the stay was the staff, who absolutely went out of their way to be helpful, professional and welcoming! Patricia and her team were simply the best! If you visit Monopoli and don’t stay at this property, you’re probably making a mistake.

Enjoy a little piece of heaven at Santa Maria No.24. This is my second time staying at this place and I wouldn’t consider anything else as it’s perfect . The amazing breakfast, friendly staff and the rooms are super clean and luxurious. I love the personal service here .

Fantastic property in a great location. Spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the pickup from the train station in the funky Citroen. Delicious buffet breakfast to set you up for the day. We also dined one evening at the outdoor restaurant that forms part of the property. I would highly recommend it. Thank you to all the team at Santa Maria 24 for a delightful stay in Monopoli

Wonderful Place to Stay

We loved our stay! The attention to detail in our suite was much appreciated. We had everything we needed...shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, dental kit, shaving kit, q-tips, coffee maker, bottled water (dont need bottled water...water out of the faucet is great). We will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was amazing with all the choices, etc. You are located off the main Piazza which is nice because it is quiet but still convenient to everything. They have a car that can pick you up outside of Centro Storico...we didnt need it, but we took it and Rocco was awesome (the driver). Just stay here...you won't be disappointed.

Location is perfect. Everything that you need to see is within walking distance. Lots of restaurants within the vicinity. The property also have their own restaurant. I would highly recommend you try it especially on a Sunday. The food was really good! Everyone was nice and would give a shoutout to Patricia the manager who was very accommodating and very helpful. You can always ask her for suggestions and help anytime you needed her during the stay. We have a really nice stay and enjoyed it, except for some minor problems. Our room tends to get hot and we can’t control the thermostat and it tends to get a little bit noisy at night. Other than that it was an excellent stay. Would highly recommend it.

Amazing studio apartment in the old town

Excellent location in the historic old town, nestled in the beautiful old streets. I was collected from the train station at no extra charge. The studio apartment was fairly, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities I needed as a solo traveler in hight of summer. Reception even provided me with a beach towel on request. The included breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had; I highly recommend the focaccia, cheesecake, cream filled doughnut to be enjoyed alongside a healthy breakfast.

We had a fantastic time, the staff looked after us really well. Towels were available for beach days. We felt bottled water should have been given free every day and that hooks for bathrobes and towels were needed around the rooms.

Perfect place

Great apartment style accomadations. Very comfortable and beautiful view from the bedroom of the sea. Right in the centre of old town, perfect location. Rocco can drive you to places within old town and also out to the beach clubs or teain station, very handy as it us very difficult to get a taxi. Cleaners were there every day and we great with restocking everything. The owner is a lovely woman who always made sure we were taken care of. The breakfast is delicious and their restuarant for dinner was very good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This Apartment Hotel is wonderful! The reception hostess went above and beyond expectations to assist me and get me complete after a long day of delayed trains and travel. She arranged a pickup for me at the train station (in their very cool vintage car) even though it was getting late in the evening. I'm already planning on coming back to this gorgeous property. The room is fabulous with luxury amenities and oh so comfortable bed and linens. The location in Monopoli is also perfect!

The property I stayed in, " a sea view apartment", No 11, looked directly over the new larger harbour of Monopoli and was adjacent to the castle tower. . The Xmas and New year decorations were still up and the whole area seemed to be decorated in the "old historic centre". Breakfast was very good. The staff in Reception were very helpful in responding to questions about opportunities and things to do around Monopoli. We stayed in early January and it was an excellent 4 night break. A lot of people promenaded in front of the property but I liked that and it all quietened down nicely around 10.30 - 11.00 pm. A really superb location and the transfer to and from the train station in the old Citroen was fun...as there is no passing traffic in the old historic town...without special permits I presume. A great place to stay with helpful staff and a wonderful apartment.

Staff who bend over backwards to help.

The staff here are the best! We were met at the station on arrival & taken back to the station on leaving. We hit a problem in our room not long after arriving and the staff couldn't be more understanding & sympathetic. The spacious rooms & well equipped kitchen was a bonus. The breakfast buffet catered for all tastes and had a range of savoury & sweet treats. Loved having a selection of seasonal fresh fruit & yogurts. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes from the beach & 2 minutes from lots of great eating places. I couldn't recommend this place more. We'd have no hesitation booking here again.
