Room was clean and had everything you need. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Staff were fantastic from start to finish, very polite and helpful. Location not the best but near to trains and taxis.

Homely stay u can ever been

A very homely stay that we have experience. Very safe vicinity and security. Although a bit far from shopping Malls, the security let us feel very safe. Clean and nice room! Very good service! Thanks for the map too!

Down the street from St. Louis station. Just close enough to be convenient but far enough away to be a little quieter. AC worked great. Kitchenette was nice. Everyone up front was friendly and courteous.

Considering price, it is moderate. But if ypu travel with your family, I do not recommemd. When I came into the room, smell was terrible.

Lovely Place!

It is a beautiful new hotel with a very lovely athmosphere. The staff is super friendly and gives alot of great advises! Supermarkt and streetfood are very close. The bts station is little long to walk but there is a funny red pick up taxi (nr.1256) if i remember right.. it comes every few minits and pick u up and drop you any place in his circle for 7 bath! (It stop also in front of bts station) There is alot of fun included! I highly recomand to come stay here! I stayed 10 days more as i planed. And i will come back here if im in bangkok.

Nice. But your brand is suffers from one thing...

The place was nice enough. Staff was polite and the room was clean. The only reason this is a "3-Star" review is that there is a MAJOR disconnect with your branding and what you actually offer. The main image on your marketing of that big spa was the main reason I went to your hotel. When I was told the heater was disconnected because one dumb person hurt themselves, you didn't realize the REAL damage being done to your brand. You should diminish the value of the spa in your branding and marketing or install the heating mechanism so you can be authentic. I feel like I was lied to.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente, el personal muy amable siempre y de gran ayuda. La habitación limpia y equipada. Cerca hay muchos lugares para comer de diferentes tipos y precios. EL tren no esta muy lejos.

บริการดีมากๆค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับอย่างสุภาพและให้คำแนะนำดีมากๆ ที่พักใหม่และสะอาดทุกมุม ตั้งแต่ลานจอดรถ , lobby และตัวห้องพัก รวมถึงระเบียง I have a good experienced from this hotel. The staff are so nice and very polite. They are explained the customer as cleary. The hotel room is actually clean and smell fresh, lobby area and parking area too. อุปกรณ์ในห้องพักมีครบตามรูปตัวอย่างเลย The picture of room that so real. The equipment can use and no charge anymore. กรณีเป็นผู้หญิงเดินทางมาพักคนเดียว ก็สะดวกและปลอดภัยมากๆค่ะ อีกทั้ง โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อเซเว่น และมีวินมอไซต์หน้าโรงแรมเลย If you are the girl or be alone. I recommended you. It's safe. The hotel is near of convenience store(7-eleven) and the motorbike taxi station. ข้อเสียของโรงแรม คือที่จอดรถมีไม่มากน่าจะไม่ถึง 10 คันแนะนำให้โทรถามก่อน และหมอนในห้องพักมีลักษณะลีบและแบนเกินไป นอนหลายคืนจะปวดคอได้ค่ะ For the disadvantage, I thought this hotel have a few parking area. You must be check before arrived. And the cushion(pillow) is too flat. Not good for sleep. 9.0/10 (I stayed for 2 night)

Highly recommended

The guy on the front desk during the day time, (when I had contact with them) was really helpful and friendly. Flats were great, just what you need for a few days in Silom.
