Would not recommend this property, myself and my friend felt unsafe the whole safe. We had someone shouting and threatening to kick doors down, I messaged the property, they replied saying ‘ Unfortunately, as the hotel is managed remotely during the night, there is limited physical assistance we can provide.’. I would recommend to stay else where.

do not stay at this place, completely mis-information on pictures, you think your getting a 2 bed apartment and we got 2 box rooms, we only stayed for 1 night out of the 3 and moved to another place, smelt of sewages.complained to expedia for a refund on the nights we didn't stay but no joy. avoid this place at all costs.

The room perfect for what was needed , a quick place to sleep after work's Christmas party. I emailed through to let them know when I was coming and was greeted with a smile. Comfy bed in a very quiet room , was impressed with how clean the room felt. The price reflects the quality of finish you are going to get, I was only looking for a place to rest my head so this was perfect for my requirements at a sensible cost .

Basic needs covered

Check all pictures and make sure you realy understand what kind a room you are getting. If you are light sleeper, then definetly skip this one. Nothing crazy during my stay but walls and windows felt like they were paper so even basic living sounds were quite loud.

Its decent, may book again

Booked it to get away from the cold and stress at home with my partner and it was difficult to find the property in the beginning but then once spoken with the landlord it was easy, it shouldn't be that difficult to find and enter a property that had been booked in advance. Kitchen area was not used, only the bathroom, bed and terrace was used. No sofa as shown online so not satisfied with that.

Don’t go here, absolutely awful. I ended up not staying because they didn’t answer the phone, so didn’t know the code for the door. The front door was open and all I could hear was shouting and screaming. Felt quite unsafe.

Very warm welcome to the property, very apologetic that the TV remote wasn't in the room due to it breaking in the last visit and ordering a replacement that day, nice place to get your head down and sleep and a very short ride to excel centre (5 minutes walk to the tube stop, 10 minutes via tube to excel)

Our stay was great because we literally only slept there. Arrived and the wonderful cleaner let us in. We dropped out overnight bags and left. Gone again next morning by 9am. The place was clean BUT WOW it needs updating.

Functional but limited. Very dangerous stone sink which is a hazard to anyone moving in the shower room in limited light (to avoid disturbing a sleeper)or visually impaired. Access codes to the house and room were problematic. For the latter, the nice cleaning lady did not point out the* following the code. More, the briefing how to unlock the door didn't register - you move your clenched hand up the lock even though it said "card " So, we had to phone for help. Immediate answer. None of that would have been necessary had we had a better briefing. No air con in the room and the fan squeaked so couldn't use. You need a functioning phone. Furnishings adequate but tatty. Microwave oven, fridge, ironing board, iron, soap, towels, loo roll all present. Nothing on the outside of the building to indicate Rainbow Rooms. No 9 it said but no street sign. These are simple things which, if sorted would perhaps add another star

Good little apartment, it has everything you need. You need to check in with a picture of your photo ID via WhatsApp at the centra wharf phone number, then you get a message with PIN code instructions. It’s not clear on hotels.com this is how you check in. If your not used to city noise, bring ear plugs, otherwise a great little stay

The furnitures in the pictures online were different from the actual. For example, the couch, the fridge and the dining table. It was also noisy inside.
