We enjoyed the location with dining right below and all around as well as shopping. Unfortunately, it is on a busy corner and you hear EVERYTHING, all day and all night long! No way to get a good nights sleep here, if that’s what you are looking for. The space is a good use for a one bedroom but the couch is old, beat up and nasty with stains. The only carpet in the space is located in the bedroom and it is stained horribly and we didn’t want to even step on it without shoes on. The main door had to be slammed to close properly and was often unsecured when we made it back to the apartment. Aside from that, the kitchen was large and stocked with all the little things we may have needed and the place was clean for the most part. Lastly, the bathroom is nice sized but the shower is tiny!!! If you are over 6ft tall, you WILL NOT FIT in the shower or bathtub in this unit.

This property is within walking distance to so much dining and shopping options. The apartment itself is easy to access and has great amenities. It's very clean and comfortable. Definitely will book again when we return to Nashville!

This is a great spot for a quick trip to Nashville. We have a son graduating in Dallas next month and we’re going consider Mint properties for that trip as well. This place was clean, well stocked, walkable to lots of things we’re interested in. We come to Nashville frequently and this location is on the list of places to stay again.

I can’t say enough about this stay. Wonderful and comfortable from the amazing size of the apartment, to the ease of access and communication of the management. The staff were greatly accommodating to our specific needs. Also, the main bedroom bed was beyond comfortable… This says a lot coming from me as I am quite picky. Thank you so very much.

I arrived at 5am on the red eye to be with my mom for surgery. I also couldn’t find the check in email. They texted and called to make sure I had the information and even were able to let me check in early so I could take a quick nap before heading back to the hospital. They were kind and the room was lovely with shops and restaurants around and a quick walk to the hospital. I’m so thankful they made a hard time easier.

Great location, lacking some few basc touches

The Good Great location, close to shops, restaurants etc. plenty of space. Walkable and felt safe in neighborhood. The Bad Provided a door code to access building but I’m not sure it’s really needed. It doesn’t appear there’s really anything securing building. We walked in and out without having to use a building code. Cleanliness in. Hallway and leading up to door had stains on carpet and was questionable Inside was spacious for our needs and one night, but I’ll mirror that carpet was a light color and showing a lot of dirt. Noise will be a problem. Starting around 3:30 pm we heard multiple groups yelling, screaming and just being really loud. It may be nice to have a white noise machine available. We brought a fan which helped with sleeping but it is very noisy. The balcony door is drafty and it looks like there was an attempt at weather stripping but is missing in portions of door. We loved the location, but this place could be so great if a little more cleanliness and some other things to mitigate that outside crowd noise.

A good, clean apartment near Vanderbilt

The rental apartment was very spacious and clean. Communication with the manager was good, especially regarding the check-in procedures. The only downside to the stay was the noise level of surrounding apartments and the street below, which was worsened by a heavy rain in the early morning. The apartment was in a very good location and the parking lot was very convenient.

Party House

The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious, but I think it should be renamed Party House. There was a party going on across the hall when we arrived. The party next to us was so loud - music & many loud voices - at 2:30 we still couldn't sleep and finally moved to the sofa bed in the living room. We called the front desk and they responded but we still had to move. Worst night I've had in a long time.

Safe location

Nice apt. Good decor. Full Kitchen. Comfy bed. Good restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance to Vanderbilt medical. Some street sounds -can be drowned out with white noise app.
