The room was incredibly clean and big. The host is really nice and helpful. Breakfast is adequate for what you pay. The location is really nice, away from all the drunk people bars, but still walking distance from the city center and with good restaurants around. Would go back.

Conforme room, it's old/"worn" furnitures, but for the price absolutely no complaints!!! Friendly staff. Breakfast included is simple, however it is Breakfast included in the already good price!

Clean room. Nice powerful shower. Friendly Staff. Great Location: - steps from tram stop Jana Masaryka. - an easy walk (a bit downhill) to Náměstí Míru subway station, where we can take the A subway to airport-bus #59. - Lots of mini markets & restaurants nearby

Lovely stay

Just returned from a great stay at susa, arrived late so had instructions for self check in which were very good, was impressed with size of room! Kitchenette handy for keeping drinks cool. Breakfast included was a bonus as it really helped keep my costs down. Good location right ny tram stop into town

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful in laying out sites on a map, main places to go and good places to eat. They helped us with our laundry and helped us park our car. It was very nice to have a place at the hotel to park our car even though it had a narrow (byUS standards) archway. The breakfasts were quite good. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.

The location is good, but there's a pub across the street that was open the whole night, and the guests were very loud. So we did not get any good sleep. When I told the personnel that there are city rules for nighttime quiet in Prague after 22:00, they were not very interested in resolving this. Also, the breakfast buffet was very poor, consisting of teh cheapest food and a very limited selection; for example, vegetables were limited to a sliced tomato. There was no fruit, only a marmalade. Never again in this place.

No frills but the staff was great

My heart wanted to rate this hotel better because of the great staff but there were shortcomings. The location is good if you want a residential feel. There were great bars and restaurants nearby but far from Old Town and the airport. The parking was also very sparse. You had to squeeze your vehicle into a tiny lot and give your keys to staff in case he had to move your car. The accommodations were ok especially if you’re on a budget. The bed could have used some new springs. The breakfast was also just okay. But the staff was kind and a great communicator. So I would say if you’re looking for satisfactory accommodations and an inexpensive stay - then the Susa is alright.

Notable estancia en este hotel

Todo ok. Limpieza, amabilidad de los trabajadores y comodidad de la habitación. Muy cerca del metro. Restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Sin duda, totalmente recomendable.

Para no gastar mucho en hotel.

Sencillo y limpio. Sin lujos, pero confortable. Camas grandes y cómodas. Televisión con TDT y conexión de USB para poder llevar un disco duro o similar. Dispone de nevera y cocina eléctrica. El personal estupendo. Tuvimos un pequeño problema que nos resolvieron enseguida. El desayuno buffet correcto. El tranvía 22 te deja a la puerta. Estupendo para familias y estudiantes. Muy limpio. Limpieza diaria.

Aparthotel Sencillo, Bien comunicado.

Buena experiencia. Hotel bien comunicado por tranvia y metro. Muy limpio i cómodo. El personal muy atento y amable (en inglés). La única pega el desayuno que puede mejorarse. Repetiria.

Buena opción costo-beneficio

La habitación de muy buen tamaño para una familia de 4, el baño amplio, todo muy limpio. Cuenta con estacionamiento lo cual es importante pues es difícil encontrar lugar en los alrededores. La estación del tranvía esta a unos pasos. Muy amables en la recepción. Costo-beneficio, muy buena opción para hospedarse.

It was a decent place, but the tv didn't work and they didn't get it fixed while we were there. Desayuno was fine and a good location.

We stayed at Aparthotel Susa three different times during our trip to the Czech Republic once for a night when we first arrived in early June, and then again for two nights at the end of our stay. Our first apartment was absolutely fantastic. It had a kitchenette with a microwave, plenty of space, and enough beds to comfortably accommodate our family. It made traveling with kids so much easier. During our second stay, we missed having the microwave, but everything else was still wonderful. The kitchenette was very functional, the bathroom was spacious and clean, and the entire apartment was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection each morning. Overall, we had an excellent experience every time we stayed here. The location, cleanliness, comfort, and service made Aparthotel Susa a place we would gladly return to on future visits to Prague. And to the staff we sincerely apologize if our children were a little loud and energetic during our stay! Thank you for your patience and hospitality. We truly appreciated it.
