Very nice rooms and delicious breakfast but for me the best part was the gym. Super nice facility with a lot of machines and free weights. It wasn't missing anything at all, which is very rare for a hotel gym. Good location and very nice staff too.

So hard to find hotels in Napoli at reasonable prices, this is a beautiful modern building right within the centre. The fitness pool is such a treat every morning, and the four person room is a stunner, even with cooking facilities.

Helpful reception staff. Great family room. The pool looked great - just didn’t have time to use it. This hotel is a bit different as it’s a sports hotel. Great location - very central but also quiet.

The rooms are generous and location is great. Located in a sports complex with training pool and gym. Services though a little lacking. You get soap and a haicap only. Even though 2 people per room we got only 1 to owel and had to ask for more each day.

A great location... In the middle of Centro storico. A very large room, although a bit tired in places and oddly equipped (kitchen lacked a kettle for example). A very comfortable stay

It’s important to understand what this place is before booking: it is primarily a serious swimming facility, with accommodation attached. The pool is lane swimming only, so if you’re looking for somewhere where your children can play, splash around and enjoy a pool, this probably isn’t the right choice. The hotel itself was OK. The location was good, with plenty going on nearby and lots of places to eat and drink within easy reach. Breakfast was fairly basic, mainly cereal and pastries, although the guy running the café where breakfast was served was friendly, smiley and helpful. Our room’s air conditioning wasn’t particularly effective, which was disappointing in the heat. We also arrived late and the guy on reception seemed somewhat put out by our arrival, which wasn’t the warmest welcome. There were also a few quirks to the place. You need a code to use the lift, and you are required to leave your room key at reception when you go out — with a fine if you don’t. It’s not necessarily a problem, but it does feel a little unusual. Overall, this is probably best suited to people who are visiting primarily for the swimming facilities and want somewhere convenient to stay. If you’re choosing a hotel for a family holiday and want a pool where the kids can have fun, I would look elsewhere.

Nice hotel ….but expect worst parking experience

Nice hotel with very sweet and helpful staff. But the parking garage has employed the worst people they can find in Italy. We (and also other guests) were ignored, spoken rudely, condescending gestures and no service.

Nice hotel in a great location

Great location to stay in as it’s close to restaurants, shops and places to see. There is a swimming pool but it is only open at certain times during the day as they use it for swimming lessons. The room was big with a huge terrace. The bed could have been a bit bigger than the double bed.

Nice fresh place in Santa Chiara

The place is new, service and respond are good. Breakfast limited but tasty and Chiro very helpful and always make sure our breakfast is enough and warm. Room is big enough for our family of 5. Place is central and easy to find taxi or hop on bus. There’s an Olympic pool and gym available

Called ahead asking for self parking. They did not inform me it was actually valet parking only. And they also did not inform us how tricky it is to drive to the garage itself. This is located in the historic district which is wonderful to visit, but I recommend to not drive here. Friendly night staff! The room was nice but cleaning could have been better (dusty corners and dirty bathroom).

This place has a great location, but its focus is as a sports centre with a hotel tagged on. Advertised as having a swimming pool, but if you’re imagining a fun cooling dip after a days sightseeing as we were, then you will be disappointed. This is a training pool so you can use it for swimming lengths if you wear a swimming hat. As my kids said, breakfast is mid. Air con didn’t work in our room. We mentioned to reception and they confirmed that it wasn’t working but they wouldn’t be able to fix during our stay. It’s fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again if I came back to Naples…

The property was centrally located. The rooms were “clean” upon first glance. The problems we had were: 1. The room had two floors with the king size bed upstairs. The a/c was not big enough for the space and the upstairs bedroom was hot especially during the day. On the last night we asked for a fan and that helped some. 2. The bathroom was very small with no counter space and shower head was broken so if you turned the water pressure full it would spray the whole bathroom and everything would be drenched. 3. The cleaning service came and only made the beds but not clean. One day we found my son’s kindle under the bed sheets of the made bed. They would also only leave one big towel for a family of 4. 4. The breakfast was fully of pastries, it needed more options. They had cereal but no milk so we would have to ask for milk from the coffee bar and they would give my kids hot milk for their cereal. 5. The pool is really not for the guests. It’s for athletes that come and train there. Overall, I would not stay here again. It was not confortable for my family of 4.
