La propiedad estaba muy descuidada el piso del comedor muy maltratado la puerta de la regadera prácticamente cayéndose. Necesitaba un poco de limpieza. Pero lo demas muy bien

We came to Stormy point for our last hoorah before school starts. We had fun in the pools and water park. We visited moonshine beach too!! We are making this our new family tradition. My only complaint is that the floors in our house were pretty dirty. We all had black feet. But who cares we washed them off in the pool 😂

Overall we liked it and will probably go back. Our unit didn't have parking a couple steps away so couldn't charge our EV like others could and was a small pain with lots of stairs for little kids. One of the main pools was closed the last 2 days which was a bummer. Liked our cottage and beds.

This resort is really close to everything Branson has to offer, the view coming in is really gorgeous and there’s a lot to do in the villa, we really didn’t get the chance to explore. But we wasn’t able to check in until 5:45, when check in begins at 4. So that’s the reason for 4 stars instead.. everything in our room was as pictured, and the rooms are pirate themed, whimsical houses.

Comfortable stay, cleanliness could be better

Comfortable stay. Good amenities and enjoyed the pool. Room/house was not very clean, the floors were very dirty and could easily tell had not been mopped for weeks. Also a bit annoying to have to put up with the timeshare spiel, would love to have an option to opt out when checking in.

Cute stand alone homes! Front desk was helpful. They are timeshares and will ask you if you want to do the presentation but not pushy at all. Regrant was good. Close to everything! The lighthouse on property is cool.

The property was as described. After check in you go across to get pitched a hotel "membership". They offer a gift card and a free stay somewhere. I declined after having a horrible experience at another resort. The host got his supervisor which promised they dont push it on you like other resorts. "Dont twist your arm" is everyones favorite sales pitch. They must meant literally because thats the only they didnt do. I wasted 2-1/2 hours out of my family's vacation to get the same result as last time. You tell your salesman youre not interested and he gets his supervisor. You tell him no and he gets someone else. I will never stay somewhere that is affiliated with Capital Resorts

NO PRIVATE HOT TUBS

House was dirty. They false advertise private hot tub. No apology for it. Shower and tub had scum all around it. Pop had been spilled on the walls and not cleaned off. Ceiling had water stains from a roof leak. We stayed a few years ago and it was very nice. It is going downhill fast.

Almost canceled our reservation based on recent reviews on Expedia and Google. Couldn't find anything better last minute so we kept our reservation and glad we did. Our cottage wasn't brand new but was roomy and nice. As others have complained about, it was starting to show its age but was fine. The water slide was open the 3 days we went to the pool. Unless you sit inside or go to the bar, service at the pool wasn't great. But they had music every night and it was fun. There is a timeshare connected to the hotel and it is annoying having to talk to them to get parking pass, but a firm "not interested" ended that interaction. Our family had fun, no regrets staying there. Good value.

When we checked in, they made us go to a different person to get our car passes and swilling passes. That is fine, but BEWARE, they start harassing you to sit through a 2 hour timeshare presentation. That is fine if they ask and accept no as an answer and move on, but we were there for a good 10 minutes with me continually saying NO I am not interested. They continued as to why I should take 2 hours out of MY vacation to sit through there presentation telling me that they could show me how to go directly through their website and book my rental instead of going through Expedia! I said NO. I am a pretty strong willed person, but I do want people to be prepared for this. Continue to say no. Do not let them get to you. It starts your vacation off on a bad note when they harass you like this. I will not be staying there again. Also there were beer cans and trash outside around there shrubs, one of the rocking chairs on deck was broken when we arrived. I could probably overlook all this and stay again, but not the harassment of the check in process. Also, we checked in at 4"00, check in time and I heard them say to several people that their homes were not cleaned and ready for them. Not cool. If you put a check in time down, you should be able to go to your rental at that time.

The property is beautiful, and our cottage was very conveniently located. Our cottage was infested with ants, the AC was broken for the first night, and the ceiling fan was broken. When I reached out to the staff about these issues, they were very polite but the issues never really got resolved. I am not sure if I will return to this property.

The cottage is nice, but it needs a good deep cleaning. Air vents were caked in dust, there were bloody boogers smeared on the ceiling in the main bed room. Floor was dirty, we wore socks the entire time in the cottage. The outside of the unit need painted, and landscaping work.

Pretty good but quirks

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The check in ran behind and keys lost magnetic field if put in a wallet or by an other cards. Our units washer didn’t spin the clothes out. We requested a fix, they came but it still didn’t work. The pool didn’t have lifeguards so no water slide for days, bummer for the kids. The pool was open just no slide. The beds were good and unit as pictured just need more quality staff to run and repair.

We had a great stay and will be back! Food was good wish there were a few more options. The room had some things that needed cleaned before we entered, but beds were clean and nice. Was without hot water one day after returning from the pool, but maintenance quickly got it taken care of. Was very happy with our stay!
