The views are beautiful and most of the cabins have decks that look over the river and mountain. Location is close to park entrance. There are a few restaurants nearby. A grocery store is about a mile away, but I’d bring as much food as you can along and use the close store for emergencies because of how expensive it is. The hosts are very kind and accommodating and allowed us to move cabins when the AC went out in cabin 6. It was 95 when we arrived that day and the little unit just gave out. Since I manage a bed and breakfast I have a high standard for cleanliness and this would have been exceedingly below my standard. I will say I was thankful the sheets and towels were clean albeit very thin.

We loved the area and location, it's close enough to the Sequoia NP and there are some food options nearby. Be mindful, you won't find any food if you arrive late (after 8-9pm), so plan accordingly! There is also almost no phone reception, so download all your maps! I believe that google has wrong location for the property, so enter the actual address to get there. The cabins themselves have a great potential, there is a lovely river nearby, the cabins are cozy, but need a few small things to make the stay more comfortable - like newer towels, a bath floor towel, newer linen. The reception person is lovely!

Scammers😡 There was no water to the cabin but they will make sure to charge you $20 per guest and send endless messages about all the reasons they will kick you out without a refund and there’s a sign that says $25 dish washing fee but there’s no water. They say clean up but it’s dusty we had to flip on and off the power switches for the washer to turn on but it doesn’t matter because there’s no water

The location was very nice and the room was decorated in a log cabin style.Unfortunately the toilet was filthy and had unmentionable things on it and around it. I cleaned it as good as possible before using it. There was a lot of dust on the top of the bed frame, the doors were dirty, the window glass and window lock and smoke detector was broken. I didn’t mind the outdated decor, but there is no excuse for the unhygienic condition the room and bathroom was in. At least the bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. We still enjoyed our stay there, but the cleaning and maintenance need to drastically be improved.

*HONEST REVIEW* my sister and I stayed at this cabin for 3 nights. It has an AMAZING view of the river, absolutely charming property. This is NOT a remodeled, glamorous log cabin from a hallmark movie. This place is quaint, simple, and basic, think European bed and breakfast. It was super clean, all the amenities worked. We didn’t hear the neighbors more than a low mumble. Every cabin has its own parking space, and private outdoor patio that overlooks the river. The hosts were very helpful, very easy to check in and out. There are multiple local restaurants and shops within a 3min walk. We walked to get breakfast and dinner every day. The only issue we had was the WiFi and cell service. I had absolutely no signal up there which was expected, but the free WiFi is pretty spotty at the cabin. To get a decent WiFi connection we had to sit on our lovely patio. Otherwise I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a simple charming cabin stay.

Accommodations were excellent, beautiful settiing, river in the background, nice and close to Sequoia national Park, I loved the barbecue and firepit off the cabin I highly recommend going to Sequoia national Park to stay at Riverfront cabins.

I make my reservation for 10 people. When i get there. They say a was only for 2 so they charge $20 dls per extra person. $160 more when the cabin is for 10 people. Feels like scammed to me.

Very bad stay, the cabin is in very bad condition, the furniture is old, mattresses are in poor condition, the fireplace does not work, the coffee maker is too dirty, the pots are old, the bathroom sink faucets do not work, there is garbage (old air conditioning, old brooms) in the closets.

The location is good for accessing Sequoia National Park. But be advised that there is no TV in this cabin except to play vhs or dvds. The river view is from outside only. The heat is by portable plug-in heater. The bathroom fan doesn’t work. The smoke detector needed a battery during our stay; we had to remove it in order to sleep. There was a pet fee that wasn’t mentioned in the listing. We had to pay that on arrival.
