The place is VERY clean and the bed was comfortable. I stayed here for a quick work visit and it was exactly what I needed. This house is not in an area that has places to eat or entertainment but I did not need any of that for my stay. It was a great place and lower cost than others. I would recommend.

Great Option in Bermuda

Seven Arches is located in a quiet area in Central Bermuda. It's near a bus line. We found the buses were excellent and we had no trouble getting around. It's also located near Bermuda's main bike path. The place was clean and comfortable. Our room had a small kitchen with everything we needed for simple meals. The staff responded to emailed questions quickly and were very helpful. The nearest beach is about a half an hour walk through quiet streets. Walking can be tough since there are no sidewalks in much of the area, but we had no trouble getting to the water.

We had a lovely 5 night stay here in March. We were in room 1. It was so clean and quiet, cozy yet there was ample room! The apartment is very cool—there’s a fun little upstairs nook (up a spiral staircase) and the most place has everything we needed. There’s a grocery store, pharmacy, and liquor store within 5 minutes. We rented a scooter and parked it on the property without any issue. The host was very responsive but also super thorough so I didn’t really need to reach out to them for anything! They also recommended Kareem as a driver from/to the airport and he was super chill, very reliable, responsive and helpful. Bermuda is so beautiful, like breathtaking “how is this not photoshopped” beautiful…Seven Arches was the perfect place for those who prefer a more casual/local vibe inside of a hotel/resort. I am so happy with my experience here, thank you guys!

Highly recommended!

The basement apartment we stayed was spotless, completely clean! The accommodation was really good, there was a full kitchen to be used, queen size bed and even a walk in closet. Air conditioner was working fine, also wifi connection was good. Host gave us a few tips to get around the area and it was really helpful!

Comfortable, quiet room with a/c, kitchen, TV and second bed upstairs (no a/c, fan only for 2nd bed) in a neighborhood 10 minutes by moped from Hamilton. Must have your own transportation to make this work but otherwise fine lodgings. Host is helpful and communicative.

The property was quiet. We really liked the shower! We didn't like that is it quite a bit off the beaten path. It is not close to anything nor would I say it is walkable.

Sarah the property manager was great! She was very communicative. We had some concerns as we were coming on the tail end of a tropical storm and Hurricane Franklin. Sarah was understanding and responsive. We ended up taking a gamble and coming anyway and we are so glad we did. Highly recommend.

Very quaint and clean, but some sketchy neighbors.

The facility was awesome. It was very cute and clean. The only issue is some of my clothes I was drying outside were stolen by a known thief in the area. This guy also stole the other renter’s motor scooter. The owner was very sympathetic and promised to put up cameras.

Good for privacy as I never once saw the owners. However, this is a long way from anywhere (by Bermuda standards) and Bermuda is not walkable. So only stay here if you have transport. Not much immediately around and is about as far from a beach as you can get in Bermuda (nowhere is far). The property could really use a clothes washing machine.

My partner and I had an absolutely lovely time here. The staff (shout out to the manager, Sarah – she was incredible) was very communicative and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the locations was great as others have noted – easy walk down to Middle Road. Conveniently close to: Warwick Pharmacy, Hayward’s Liquor Store, Warwick Post Office, Warwick Lanes, Esso Gas Station and Tiger Mart, Baptiste Limited, and the Bus Stop (8 Line). Our room had a host of amenities and features including a full kitchen (microwave, fridge, dishes, electric kettle, and dishwasher), a large closet (containing an iron and ironing board, water cooler, beach towels, beach tote bag), a full bathroom (toiletries, towels, hair dryer provided), and great Wifi, a smart TV with Netflix (guest account provided), and tourist magazines. We had no problem getting cabs to the area (look up Ride Bermuda and Hitch apps) and the location is perfect if you are planning to visit the east (St. George’s and Grotto Bay) and west ends of the island (Southhampton and Sandys Parishes and Royal Navy Dockyard) and is about 15 minutes from the city of Hamilton. We wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse and would love to come back in the future.

My wife and I stayed 13 to 20 April, 2023 in the rear facing, ground level apt complete with a small patio area. We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at Seven Arches !!! The studio apt was a good fit for us. Very clean, quiet and with a nice view of Warwick. A 10 minute walk to Middle Rd and a very good public transit system. Bus stops are numerous and frequent routes make travelling the length of the islands a breeze. Post office nearby on Middle Rd sells bus passes and tickets. Also near by you will find Warwick Pharmacy complete with buffet food court. Take out only, no seating available. Next to the pharmacy is Hayward's Liquor Store, a very handy establishment indeed !! The return trip back to the apt is all uphill. As you get closer to the apt, the road gets even steeper. We were always carrying something back to the apt at the end of the day. An easy walk downhill though :-) The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals at "home". Hopefully we can return someday again with family.
