This property was a very walkable distance to the Capital View area and about a 40 minute walk to Broadway. The staff were very prompt with answering my emails before, during and after our stay. The kitchen is equipped with almost anything you might need and is very spacious (has a dishwasher which is very nice). Overall good experience

Appartment was great, lots of room and very clean. The outside hallway smelled like old meat and the bathroom had a very strong cigarette smell but overall was very nice.

Decent enough place. Check in is more of a hassle than most places but not a huge issue. Unsafe are but intensive a gate so not too bad. Apartment fits all the needs and close to downtown attractions.

The condo itself was not in the best neighborhood but I never felt unsafe. Great location. Only about a 5min walk to Broadway or the gulch! Everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Overall the apartment was very nice. I think a few things could be added to help with the stay. For one, some darker curtains in the bedroom since the windows are facing East, also some darker curtains in the living room as there is a very bright security light that shines in through that main window as well.

When I got to the property they gave me the wrong access codes to get into the apartment. Thereā€™s no one on property and when I called no one answered. Had to book another hotel and when I got a hold of them the next day they have a non refundable rule. So paid for 2 nights there and 2 nights at the new hotel with no compensation

Good value, comfortable, scary neighborhood

Overall, nice apartment. Nice living room, Kitchen, Bedroom and bathroom. Looks like there have been a few parties there, lots of scrapes and marks on the walls, could stand for some painting. Parking was inside a gate, but the neighborhood did not feel very safe. 3 different codes to open gate, lobby and room. The steps to the 2nd floor were very steep.

DO NOT BOOK THIS. It is located in a very unsafe area. People under the influence loitering the property at all hours of the day. We contacted management before we spent the 1st night and they said they would call us in 20 minutes about relocation/refund, but they never did, so we had to spend the night at a hotel. The second night, we thought someone tried to break in, so we packed our things, got a police escort, cut our trip short, and went home. 0/10 communication skills from management. Did nothing to help us in a timely manner. Were promised to be contacted but we had to hunt them down. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Do not stay here, spend your money elsewhere

First and foremost, this property is nothing like the pictures! Itā€™s located on the wrong side of the train tracks near Section 8 housing, with a literal train next to the building. Our Uber drivers warned us about the area and even asked if we were sure we had the right location. The management requires an excessive amount of personal information before confirming your booking, which feels intrusive. However, they don't hesitate to charge a deposit fee and the full stay fee upfront. The decor looked half-hearted. The toilet didn't flush properly, and we had to fill the back tank with water to make it work. The bathroom door frame was broken and poorly glued back together and painted over. The couch was dirty, the sheets were unclean, the pillows were uncomfortable, the carpet was filthy, the walls were dirty, and the coffee maker didn't work. For the price a night, you would expect much more; they should use that money to upgrade the place. I recommend spending your money elsewhere and paying extra for a significantly better stay.

Clean but floors dirty

The place was clean but you can tell that the floors have not been swept or mopped in a very long time because I had to move the nightstand over to plug in a cord and there were several dead flys on the floor next to the bedroom window. I had to sweep but couldn't mop became there was no mop. The bathtub ledges were dusty. The bathroom had no heat and the vent would not turn off because the switch was broken. There were no filters for the coffee maker and the area rug in the living room was curled up in the corner and I tripped over it . The livingroom, bedroom, kitchen were clean, tables and stove and fridge very clean but the place needed to be swept and mopped and that area rug needs to go. I liked that there were pots and pans and dishes, knives and a dishwasher and laundry in the kitchen. A blender and toaster too so this was very convenient and I was able to cook dinner for my family and breakfast for my kids. It would be nice if there were some hooks to hang wet towels. Other than the rug being a tripping hazard and the floor needing to be swept I have no complaint. It was in the 30s while I was there so heat in the bathroom would be nice. The shower gets really hot and has great water pressure but water runs oit after like 6 minutes.
