Convenient location, nice apartment, having the washer and dryer was a plus. Check in process was a bit of a challenge as we were given the incorrect building and code information. After 45 min of back and forth we finally got in the apartment. Aside from that, a pleasant stay.

The rooms were much smaller and beds were different than what was pictured. When we got there the coffee provided was not for the machine provided so we had to buy itā€¦also I had to get on a ladder to clean the air vent and also vacuum out the vent from the dryer to turn off the error message.

We had a great stay! The property was spotless, with a well-stocked kitchen and a layout that worked perfectly for four adults. Itā€™s just a 10-minute walk to the downtown area, with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It also served as a convenient pickup spot for our excursions. Would definitely stay here again!

What a fabulous place to stay. We really enjoyed our time there and found it a convenient location to walk to downtown ReykjavĆ­k while also being close enough to free street parking. The only ā€œissuesā€ we had were with the trash/recycling, as we couldnā€™t find the key card that was supposed to be in the apartment, and we were unclear on whether or not the there was a cleaning service. We were there for over two weeks and didnā€™t notice any cleaning or changing of towels. These were really minor issues though and didnā€™t detract from the overall experience.

The management reached the day before we checked in & gave me the codes for the entrance & for the apartment. It was very easy! There was a place to store our luggage prior to check in. We had a spectacular view!!!! The apartment was clean & comfortable. The only thing that I would change is having more towels & having sheets provided for the sofa bed.

First, the good. The apartment is in a great location. It has all the amenities listed. It is spacious and an easy walk to the city center. Now the bad : we checked in at 3 PM. The apartment was filthy. It took the cleaner two extra hours to clean it so it in fact was not ready until 5 PM. We were two mothers traveling with children a nd we were exhausted. We emailed the apartment management multiple times with no response. Ultimately, instead of offering a partial refund, they offered us a late check out which was of absolutely no use to us. We paid for two hours and which we are unable to use the apartment at the most critical time when our kids needed to sleep. So if you care about location and space this is a good fit. If you care about customer service and regard for guests, I would not recommend this place. It was it was not ready in time Despite the notice that we gave management that we had landed. And when we arrived, I cannot stress enough, how dirty the place was until the cleaner was done. Another thing worth noting is that it took management 3+ hours to respond to emails or text and they still have not responded to the email. I sent saying that we did not want the late check out but would prefer a refund instead.

Great location, everything within ReykjavĆ­k easily walkable. Grocery stores a few minutes walk in several directions. Apartment was very spacious and modern we had so much room as a family of 4. It was clean, warm and well-maintained. We cooked a couple of meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a rental car and parked on the next road which was free. There were always spaces available. Overall would highly recommend for a city break.

The bed was comfortable. Kitchen was decently equipped. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and there was a TV in bedroom but but the living room - which we didn't like. The Wifi is not secure... no password, which we find shocking in this day and age. This place is clean on the surface but don't look closer than that - dust everywhere... look at the headboard behind the pillows and there is a shocking amount of dust, same with the baseboards. We stayed 5 nights and the fire alarm went off 2 nights waking us from a sound sleep both times. Be sure to read fire alarm instructions - no one is coming to tell you it's OK to go back in the building... We felt safe here and were able to walk all over the place. Easy access in and out of town if you're driving.

This apartment is a gem!! It is located beside ā€œbus stop 12ā€ and we were picked up there for all of our excursions so extremely convenient. The apartment itself was perfect for our party of 3 and it had everything we needed for our stay. We took a short walk to a grocery store and made quite a few meals in the well stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer were a bonus! I highly recommend!!!
