The self check-in process was okay except the description of the apartment door was vague and we had to rely on hearing the unlock mechanism to confirm we were in the right place.
The kitchen was adequate, but no cleaning supplies were provided even though we're required to wash dishes prior to checkout.
The bathroom was adequate, but the shower was a tiny corner unit with no shelves and one of the doors was missing so they had a curtain on it instead.
The living space was much larger than anticipated, but the air conditioning unit was not working when we first arrived, and it took over a day for them to resolve the issue once I reached out about it. During a heatwave where it reached 98F during the day and didn't drop below 72F at night. The staff were unhelpful, seemed to be accusing me of not knowing how to use the unit, and didn't even supply a fan I asked for to help while they worked on getting the unit fixed.
The bedroom was spacious and had two large wardrobes. The air conditioner worked well (but not well enough to make up for the lacking living room unit).
Location was great, could barely hear the neighbors, close to bus stops and restaurants, etc.
